Best Little Caesars in NWI! Someone I care about has a tuff time finding food that does not upset them. Little Caesars cheese pizza is one of those good foods. Can't believe how poorly some other LC make a basic pizza..

It seems like when I place an order the pizza is either burnt or dry. It use to be a great pizza. Not anymore. When I place the order now I say please don’t burn the pizza!

This store went above and beyond to correct a stores issue that wasnt their problem to correct! They have a solid crew there at 9 pm on 12/19/25 I didn't catch the managers name but they will have all my future business I will no longer spend time or money at the Hobart crossing store they are incredibly unprofessional and unorganized I sat n watched workers go out for numerous cigarettes breaks (4) to be exact that was the bald man with tattoos while who I assumed was the manager touch his uniform pants multiple times pulling up his pants and continues to make pizza with out practicing good hand hygiene it was so unorganized people we stealing drinks .they had at least 30 pizza stacked up and was passing out cold food I asked them to cancel my order I placed my order at 7pm I then choose a different restaurant to get dinner from after 2 hour wait ! Again thank you Portage !

I use to love this little ceasers but it has completely went downhill I order the pepperoni puffs and a stuffed crust pizza when I got home and was getting ready to eat them the puffs look like they were refunded and reheated and sold again on top of that they were just cheese no pepperoni so I ended up driving back to get a replacement and I get back home then check the pizza which I should’ve done that before going back the bottom was so doughy and taste horrible like It wasn’t cook long enough it was horrible. I’m sorry but Little Caesars I don’t know if it’s management or the cooks but you all really need to do some improvements on y’all pizzas Because lately they have been terrible. I should have taken a picture it was that bad I don’t want to give up on this one but it’s looking like I will have to start going to the one on ridge Road

I have to give you a one star after a solid commitment to delivering the wrong products. Funny enough, the wrong products are always lesser in value than what I have paid for.

I would give you zero stars if I could, but one of my kids happens to love your slop.

This establishment must be independently own because normally a classic pepperoni pizza is $5.99, their prices were $9.99. It didn't make sense.

Never have pizzas ready. Always feel like I’m a bother to the employees for even coming in. Currently sitting here while they ignore a door dasher and another person trying to pick up from the ready portal. Valpo is 10x better and almost worth the extra 15 minute drive.

I usually do pick up. Everytime thevstaff is rude and doesn't seem to know what they're doing. One order they put the hot crazy bread sauce in with the cold brownies and the sauce spilled all over and melted the two cold brownies. Then the next time I ordered two brownies they were out of stock so I asked for the next time that I place an order to get the brownies. I called ahead because I had to do delivery due to car issues. They said theyd replace the items if I did my usual online order. I did my online order if three pizzas and I only got one. I called the manager and she was rude and talked over me! So I snapped at her and told that she's stupid because clearly she is! She doesn't train her employees properly and she doesn't keep her word and thinks it's ok to talk over customers!

I went in to pick up a pepperoni pizza, and as I walked in, the door buzzed. I overheard a few employees letting someone know there was a customer up front, and the person—who I believe was the cashier—responded loudly, saying “I know, I heard it.” She came up front a bit reluctantly and didn’t seem very friendly, which made the interaction feel a little uncomfortable. It was just a strange experience overall. According to my receipt, the cashier’s name was MariJane.

My trip to Little Caesars was an okay experience, but not one I'd call disappointing. The store is pretty small, which is fine, and the food quality was just decent—nothing special, but certainly not bad. I did miss having those cheese packets, which are always a nice touch, and we ended up with a thin-crust cheese pizza instead of what we thought we were ordering. Still, it was edible, and for a quick, cheap meal, it did the trick.

Ordered through the app on July 9th. I ordered the Puff Pack with 8 cheese and 4 pepperoni. I received all pepperoni. Unfortunately theres no way I can get a refund on the app. So I don't know how I'm supposed to fix this.
