This is usually my go to but the last 2 visits have been less than ideal- we had great food the last time we ate in ( 2/14/25) but the service was horrible not because it was a busy night but because our server was awful- very forgetful asked us if we wanted something ( more bread, drinks ect ) but then never brought it, food came before salads, just bad - so tonight I thought let’s carryout - not sure why when you carry out its like you’re eating at a different restaurant- there was more lettuce under our soggy firecracker chicken than in my “salad” if you can call what I was given a Cesar salad- there were about 20 pieces of lettuce no cheese, no croutons and no dressing- the chicken strip dinner had no dipping sauce and the chicken pieces were barely big enough to call it a nugget- asked for loaded baked potato with no green onions- yep full of green onions- it was like they didn’t read the ticket - just the entree name - very disappointing - might have to find another option than this LHS -

The food was great !! Ribs were fall off the bone but I'm not a sweet guy with the BBQ sauce so that's the only reason for the 4 star. Thanks Veronica for the great service

Portion sizes are good. The ribs were flavorful, but not fall off the bone tender. Still good though. Would definitely eat there again. Waitress was great!

Place was clean, food is not good. No seasoning and cook do not know what a medium well done steak is.

I ordered the 6oz Filet, medium well and it was laughable. It came out 1/4" thick and 5" in circumference. It was extremely well done. I had to ask the the waiter if it was actually a Filet. He assured me it was. He took it back and 10 minutes later brought me another one that was almost as bad. Really bad experience and not what I would expect from a steak house.

Steaks really aren't too bad for the price but I would recommend the ribeye!

Should've taken the hint and left when it took the hostess 8 minutes to even come to the front and greet us. After being seated and drinks (water and sweet tea, nothing fancy!) took another 15 minutes to show up, it took another 5 minutes for our server to actually take our food order.
It was the middle of the week, only a small handful of tables besides us. When the food finally showed up, there was an issue with one of the dishes. The manager was called over (I had to leave the dish untouched during this time). The manager was immediately dismissive to the issue, and didn't even let me explain the problem before going into a spiel about how I was wrong.
The server also couldn't seem to understand that 4 people would want more than 2 sets of silverware. We ended up sharing sets after asking 2 different people at least 3 times for additional silverware sets.
Thanks for the wrong, cold order for my birthday dinner, and for treating me like a petulant child when I had a legitimate concern about my meal.
I will never return to this location.

Holiday crowds must have put a strain on the kitchen. Normally, Longhorn is a 5 star experience. I'll be back.

We've been here several times and most of the time it's been fine, but lately it seems to be going south, and that's not good. We usually order the porterhouse. They just can't seem to cook the thing right anymore! We got the first one, it was overdone, so we sent it back. The second one they bring out was basically a T-Bone being paraded as a porterhouse. It had the tiniest bit of filet you've ever seen! It cut into three small pieces, that was it! Not to mention this steak was flat out scorched! The bone was black and the meat tasted burnt. We got the manager out and she was very defensive and not helpful. 'We'll give you 10% off'. ?? We're not eating the steak lady. We don't go to a steakhouse to get free anything or reduced prices. We go because we love steak! But they blew it twice and the managers attitude was terrible. She really has no business being a manager. Customer service can make or break a business and she's going to break this one with her attitude. The waitress and service outside the manager was great. Just understand when a customer complains, it's not because we want to. We're paying good money for this!! I want to come back here! But if it's going to continue being like this, we'll have no choice but to go elsewhere. Longhorn, do better!!

Don't order from or come here if you want anything done in a timely matter. Food is good, but not worth the wait.

We love going to these whenever they are in a town we visit. The food has been consistently good, with great service at a very reasonable price.

My husband, 2 older kids, and I went here for dinner tonight for my birthday. Our waitress seemed to not want to be there. My husband and kids food was good. My daughter and I both ordered the filet medium. My daughters was perfect. Mine was very over cooked. I waited 15 minutes to find our waitress and let her know. She looked at me kind of annoyed and asked if I wanted a different one. I said yes please. Another 10-15 minutes I got my food. By this time, my family was done eating. I cut into the steak and it was better. Still a little over cooked, but I wasn't making my family wait again. It was the toughest filet I've ever had. My daughters was nice and tender, as a filet should be. Our waitress only came back after that to drop off a couple boxes and the bill. It was just such a disappointment that it was my birthday dinner and I didn't get treated very well and my food was not good.
