The owner needs to visit the store more often or send family members randomly as secret shoppers! The customer service is terrible, especially with one particular young man they have on drive thru, his attitude is terrible! I visited the store on 08/09/25 around 8pm, I pulled off because there’s no way I want an establishment making my food with customer service like that, the people taking the order are representing the restaurant! What ever happen to the manager wearing a headset listening to the orders being placed, if management approves that type of behavior I’m sure the numbers has decreased tremendously!

This place never gets the orders correct. My last trip there I ordered at 2:33pm at the drive thru. I was given my drinks and asked to pull forward and they'd bring my food out. I received my food at 3;01pm. I was livid.

I’ve given this McDonald's multiple chances, but the customer service continues to disappoint. On my latest visit, I had two separate orders meant for different households and specifically requested they be bagged separately. Instead, everything was crammed into one bag, creating unnecessary confusion. When I politely asked for additional bags, I was met with attitude rather than assistance.
To make matters worse, the drinks I received were only half-filled—how does that even happen? This isn’t just a one-time issue; I’ve experienced subpar service here before. It’s frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a meal, only to receive careless packaging and dismissive treatment. If you're looking for a smooth and courteous fast-food experience, this location is not the best choice.

I never make bad reviews on restaurants, I never really feel it necessary but this one is bad.
I’ve been here for 15 minutes waiting for my food. They did their standard “can you pull forward and we’ll bring you your food?” Of course I said yes, but I’ve been here 15 minutes now, the car behind me got their food, everyone in the drive thru is pulling out and I’m still sitting. It was a 4 item order. I usually think people who whine about pulling forward are doing too much, but I get why they don’t want to.

Stopped in for breakfast got a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and a hash brown I take one bite out of my sandwich to realize that the egg is completely green and has gone bad. I go back inside to have them remake the sandwich and then I hear the cook in the back say that all the eggs are bad so they’ve been selling people bad eggs all day. I just got a refund and left
