NEVER AGAIN. I've only been to this McD's twice in my life and both times were *extremely* long wait times, will never set food in this place again. I never have these problems at the two Hobart McD's. I ordered a single $5 value meal on 3/27 at 2:55pm and didn't walk out of there until 3:17pm. UNSAT. When I complained to the manager about it taking 22 mins for a damn $5 meal deal she blamed only having one person working the front counter. They didn't even fill the order until just before I finally got it. I've been eating at McD's all of my 60 years and my app will reveal I'm a near-daily regular customer [in Hobart]. This was inexcusable. It wasn't even a lunch rush and there weren't an overwhelming number of orders on the board. This is going to corporate as well, for what worthless good it would ever do; thankfully I saved the receipt. This locations sucks - never again. Even if only one person working front counter, how does that cause a 22 minute wait? Seriously? How does this hellhole vortex stay in business?

I spent over 60 dollars on food here and the employees were rude as hell!! They all hate their jobs and make it known. They are rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. Walking all over their managers aswell. They definitely ruined mcdonalds for me.

I visited this location around 2:30PM on 2/22/25. I strongly suggest double checking your order before leaving. Once I’ve noticed my order wasn’t correct. I returned for them to remake my order just for it to be wrong again. The staff here looks young so maybe there is a lack of maturity. Again, strongly advise checking your order.

The young lady at the drive through was very rude, she clearly doesn't like working there, when my boyfriend asked her to give him one second to decide what he AND his brothers wanted, she'd scoff and tell him to hurry up. I do not recommend going here if you want to be treated kindly.

Mannnn, this place is definitely going down hill fast!! Attitudes everywhere, ask for extra sauce & only got one packet instead of one of each or more, & the staff is always yelling at the crew or customers cause they don't wanna deal with anything or help... the managers need more training & truly some of the crew does too. The new GM is a thief since I know her from another store & asked what happened to her & the staff over there said she got fired... I don't know how she became a GM at this store & was so rude to me when asking for a refund when there was a hair in my food... no one was wearing hair nets/beard nets, the food smells old & taste like it's been sitting there, even when I do ask for cook to order, comes out raw & slapped together quick with what looks like they punch or elbow drop on it to make it fit inside the wrapper... no one up in there has any good service or communication skills & don't even get me started on how they always forget things... on a good note tho, I hope the boy with blond hair still works there cause I haven't seen him in a bit & says "have a better one tho." He used to always make my day with a smile on his face & always try to do what he can to satisfy me & my kids, but after repeatedly messing up & playing the blame game while slamming the window to get me out faster for their times, won't be having my business here any longer. All in all, take your chances at your own risk.
