Food is good if it is done right but often there can be mistakes on the order or the fries can be obviously old and on the stale side even when the place seems like it's super busy. Also a bit upset about their cookie prices and how they scam those who want an even number of cookies. They charge $0.99 for 1 but $2.69 for 2? That is almost a whole other cookie they are charging for while not providing the value. Even the app reflects this pricing and the employees have a whole seperate button for the 2 cookie price which is pressed by default, costing people more. Plus they seem to have updated how they handle the drive through and make people pull to certain spots and wait much longer than before supposedly because they want to improve their times, and getting us off the sensor does so despite the actual service time seemingly getting longer. Absolutely bogus.

Ordered through the drive through, two cheeseburgers with ketchup, cheese, bacon, and mac sauce, I received two buns WITHOUT ANY MEAT IN THEM. NO ACTUAL BURGER IN MY BURGER. when I called to fix the situation, the person who answered the phone (gave no name) told me to come back tomorrow, no offer to fix my order today. Then abruptly hung up without anything other than a first name. I’m highly upset with the way this situation was handled.

Would not come here unless u want to wait for 40 minutes for ur food when all u got was 2 5$ meals then when u do get it the fries are burnt then ask for a refund they can’t give it to u bc its not there policy theses people just need to get fired and start new

Wish I could give 0 stars takes at least 20 mins for food EVERYYYY time no matter what you order. Employees are more worried about chatting than working. The take out person has the dirtiest coat I’ve ever seen UNSANITARY

Last 2 times I went it took over 15 mins and I got a refund. Don’t waste your time. The manager thinks only 15 mins for cold food and fresh fries is worth it.

Manager Rachel always has to start a problem. First can't bag food in a bag correctly, missing items, had to exchange a McChicken cause it had lettuce on it & got a really good attitude from her... don't know how she got her job there, but seems like she just runs around yelling at others for her mistake & blames others for her problems in there, probably outside of her work as well, who knows.. truly she's gotta find something else cause she definitely can't be a manager with attitudes & take it out on customers who pay so much for garbage & still can't comprehend anything. CHECK THE BAG THAT YOU'RE PUTTING TOGETHER! CHECK THE TEAM MAKING IT! ALSO!!! DON'T GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE CAUSE YOU SIMPLY MESSED UP & CAN'T CHECK FOR YOURSELF!! Waste of money, time, & ruined our morning. Definitely she's gotta take more classes or find something else cause she can't manage nothing, NOT EVEN HER MOUTH WHILE KIDS ARE IN THERE!!

Don’t order through the app and get curbside. They focus on drive through orders. People that came after us and went through the drive through got their food before ours was even started. Waited 15 minutes and I had to go inside to make sure they got my order and then had to go back in after 20 minutes and get the food.

I just literally left there to get lunch , pretty simple n fast , BUT as always met with attitude n low quality of service. Large meal filet o fish extra sauce n cheese n fry what I got was no extra sauce n small fry that looked to be bottom of the tray type meal. I mean billion dollar biz n I can’t get a MEAL PROPER FOR WHAT I PAY FOR. It’s not rocket science to follow up with an order i specifically requested. PLEASE PORTAGE DO BETTER MANAGEMENT DO BETTER SERVICE STAFF DO BETTER. In the end the outcome n self accomplishment will be gratifying. Low standards n low quality of food. SMH 🤦‍♂️
