It took the staff/crew over 20 minutes to make 2 orders I had placed in person when two other orders (that showed up after mine) were ready before mine, when they appeared to be placed after mine had. It's damning to me how I can wait SO long for a mcchicken and a cheeseburger (albeit it does take a minute to fry a batch of fries.) It's filthy in the lobby, not to mention. Well, it’s McD’s! The bad part was I ordered a burger with only cheese, waited 5+ mins off to the side only to be handed a bag with everything but my cheeseburger. Drove home, called and they offered a refund or to come back. I returned cause I was hungry and waited another 5 mins. They did give me an extra fry and soda for the inconvenience. That was nice.

It's McDonald's, so of course, the French fries are like a drug. Lol but what makes this McDonald's different is the staff. They are friendly, and kind, if you smile they smile.
