Place is an absolute dumpster fire. It seems as if they specifically hire the most incompetent people that exist. I am not one to give hospitality and service workers a hard time or be rude in any sense but this place is consistently trash. I can go months without a stop here but when I do I am immediately reminded why I avoid it. The workers are always rude and arrogant, the food is always questionable, and the order is NEVER right! Thus place either needs new management or just to be shutdown entirely. Spend your money at the Culver's or the Wendy's where the service and food are far superior.
I don't stop at the McDonald's often but when we are heading to the beach or in that direction we stop here. Always have good, fast service.

The McDonald’s in the Ameriplex is the best. I go out of my way to go to this one.

This must be the most disastrous McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I came in to order two iced coffees with sub milk and light liquid sugar. They were made with extra liquid sugar instead. When I asked for them to be remade, the next ones came out with cream. The staff were unfriendly and seemed careless, showing little effort to get the order right. After two failed attempts, I gave up and left. I’ll be going to a different McDonald’s a few miles away from now on to avoid this kind of experience.

Personally, I dislike McDonald's because not often that things are fresh or hot and greasy for me. After several hours of driving in Nowheresville with no stores but again gas station and a McDonald's. Drive-in we both had a big Mac meal, and surprisingly enough it was fresh, hot, and either we were just starving OR it was very good. Even more so? The lady at the window was polite courteous smiling like she loved her job, but then again she was middle-aged and as such at least acted like she appreciated having a job.

Went through the drive through today and was absolutely saddened by the customer service I received. While trying to say my order, I was confused on which sandwich because there were 3 options, the lady taking my order began to yell “WHICH ONE” with an attitude. I can tell she was annoyed and had a nasty tone. I drove out of line and went across to Starbucks and gladly spent $17 for better customer service.

They make the best Carmel frappe. They actually give you the extra Carmel that you pay for.
