7:00 am Sunday Nov 30th 2025. Check the cameras. Husband went to get me a coffee and a hash brown. They said they’re opening late and not yet taking orders and it would be about 10 min. Then he said that’s fine and he will wait there and just to let him know when he can order. Lady YELLS at him to move. He asks why and she then yells at him that he needs to drive around the building and get back in the same spot he is already in????? He asks why again and I can’t even understand what she’s screaming anymore cause sis is CRASHING OUT. Why? Idk. I won’t lie my husband calls her some not so pleasant names and tells her how ridiculous that is. And tell me why AS HES DRIVING AWAY HE LOOKS IN THE WINDOW AND SEES THIS WOMAN STOMPING HER FEET AND THROWING A TANTRUM. She sees him looking and throws a coffee cup. I know McDonalds hires just anyone, but people who get power trips on making people literally drive around the building to come back to the same spot and then tantrum like a toddler is crazy when she’s cut off and my husband doesn’t just allow her to scream at him. Do better. No wonder when I moved out here everyone said to avoid this McDonalds. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

My two stars is for Robby, he was so sweet and kind in the drive thru. What appeared to be the manager at my visit on 11/28 was completely rude to him right in front of my. I was shocked at the way she was speaking to Robby when I was right there at the open window. Robby was so kind, but who ever this lady was dressed in all grey was so mean to him. No one should be treated that way at work and SHE messed our order up after she was upset with Robby for pouring some orange juice. Unbelievable to be straight up MEAN to a sweet guy helping people get their breakfast. Robby gets an A+

Manager was great and gave us an awesome tip on how to get all of our extra espresso shots!

The manager was very rude. Forgot to put my hash brown in the bag. I went back to get another hash brown, and the lady dropped the hash brown and proceeded to give me the same hash brown that I seen her drop I asked for another hash brown, and she had another lady bring me the same hash brown that she had dropped. Other customers was in there for the same reason I had they were missing items out of their bag.
