This place is absolutely ridiculous I came in the drive thru this morning to get bfast 15 minutes later I went inside bc the car in front of me waiting for their food hadn't moved. Then 5 minutes after I go inside still no food I ask for a refund and I hear what I assume to be a manager literally say she doesn't know how to do a refund I left with no food and out of the money fo food I try to call corporate and it just puts you in hold for 3 minutes and then hangs up several times I try to call the store no one answered. You better believe that when I get done from where I'm at which now I'm late for they will hear from me again. Poor management and poor manners after this I absolutely will not be back except for on my way home for a lunch that better be free!
Neat and clean McDonald's right off the freeway. Inside seating is awesome. They have touch screen for orders. Drive through. One of the rare good vibe McDonald's.

I stop at this Mcdonalds occasionally, and every time that I've gotten a shake, they come out like this pic. Through last summer and fall I had tried strawberry and chocolate shakes, but it's always some goo syrup with white froth on top. After a few months I try again thinking they must have gotten enough complaints to have fixed it by now, but nope, this was my shake last night. They had a dirty guy in a different uniform try, I thought he was a maintenance worker, but I think he just serves food like that. Whoever owns this location needs to show up and get this place straightened out.

Very unprofessional I had pulled up and said hello and mind you there’s a sign that says open 24/7 so how was I supposed to know that your closed I had just got off of work and as soon as I said hello with my normal level voice I don’t know if the speakers just make it louder or what but the lady literally screamed at us (WERE CLOSEEDDDDD) very rude….. I won’t be gonna here again you say that you treat customers with respect and kindness well that’s definitely not the case there was no sign to say that they were closed just over all I’m very disappointed in how this was handled………. I hope that no other customer has to go through this cause you just should not talk to people like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t understand why this location never had coffee made in the evening!! There are two major steel mills nearby. Hundreds of people work night shift and you have to wait for coffee to be made upon request.
