Tried to order orange chicken girl tells me no clue when orange chicken was coming out. I finish paying at the register and not even 10 seconds later fresh orange chicken came out. Then they have no egg rolls.

Went through drive thru, had to wait a few minutes for my crab Rangoons, but they’re worth it. Got the spicy orange with chow mien. Did not disappoint! It’s very spicy and oh so good . Gal at the window was super nice , which sadly is rare up here in NWI , so that absolutely made my day!!! I’ll be back- even downloaded the rewards app!!
I haven't been to a Panda Express in a few years. Today I went to the Portage location with my family and was blown away at the customer service! Big shout out to Liz for being the coolest most helpful employee ever. Absolutely love Liz's energy and vibe! Made my family and I feel right at home. The Food was amazing and customer service was over the top! Definitely will be back!

After being told to move my car or I could leave when I'm trying to figure out why my mobile order is lost in their system and I have no way to track it or get my money back and I'm trying to get the issue remedied I was told in improper ebonics you either move that car or you leave very rude this place is gone downhill the only reason it's getting two stars is cuz the food's good it's overpriced and the service here is not anything like it used to be

Liz and Drew were very friendly and delivered great customer service! Food was very good!
Placed and order 45mins before closed realized the door was locked went through drive thru after our pick up time with was 9:35pm and had to wait and extra 8mins which is fine I was very polite said it’s okay said thank you when we received the food. When I pulled out and went to the light I noticed I was missing an entire bowl from order I called and told them I’m missing some of my order I asked can we go to the door I would like not to wait in the long line again for a mistake they made which I understand we are all human and it happens but the guy proceeded to hand the phone to a middle age female I don’t know her name but I know what she looks like she said come get it or don’t receive it at all with an attitude then before u could say anything rudely hangs up on me. So I go back through the drive thru waited and asked the name of the person that hung up which the person I was talking to was the manger Ashlyn supposedly didn’t know which is not true at all I seen them talking but I grabbed my food and left. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I will not return and will be contacting corporate to teach there employees not to hang up on people and have attitude when I did nothing wrong, because I work in retail and that is not tolerated at all.

Mobile ordered had to wait in the drive thru doors were locked do to being 45 mins before closed only received half my order called to let them know and they rudely hung up on my wife after asking if we had to wait thru another 20 mins in the drive thru and was told yes we did or we won’t get it at all then they hung up on us and the manager at the time wouldn’t say who it was or there name would be put in here
