Went through drive thru, had to wait a few minutes for my crab Rangoons, but they’re worth it. Got the spicy orange with chow mien. Did not disappoint! It’s very spicy and oh so good . Gal at the window was super nice , which sadly is rare up here in NWI , so that absolutely made my day!!! I’ll be back- even downloaded the rewards app!!
I haven't been to a Panda Express in a few years. Today I went to the Portage location with my family and was blown away at the customer service! Big shout out to Liz for being the coolest most helpful employee ever. Absolutely love Liz's energy and vibe! Made my family and I feel right at home. The Food was amazing and customer service was over the top! Definitely will be back!
It was fair. I had ordered a pick up order from the app and when I arrived, I was asked to come in for my order. Then, the lady who handed me the order was rude. It was pretty busy.
