Although the food is good it's very disappointing to pay so much money and get hardly any ingredients inside your sandwich like the amount of money I'm paying for the sandwich I should actually have at least a basic amount of ingredients inside! I'm mostly just eating a bread sandwich here ....come on Panera stop being so cheap when your prices are so high

I can't believe how terrible my salad was! It was missing half of the ingredients and then there was some rotten wilted lettuce in there as well. Then my sandwich was completely soggy and inedible. For the prices of the food I would expect a lot more! I don't know if I would ever come back to Panera again! It's sad when someone can't even make a salad or sandwich correctly. I would steer clear

Ordered food, waited for 30mins on a to go order. Had to ask if the food on the counter was mine. The to go packer was extremely rude. She was more worried about talking. Arrived home to eat our food and the bread on my sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Didn’t get my soup. Got the wrong salad. I won’t be back and I plan on telling others how bad the service and food was.

Very clean great pit stop for food and bathrooms. They were clean so that's a must when traveling.

Was reminded today, why I don't order from this place... ordered through the app with a co-worker.... took 40 minutes of our hr lunch to get our order... the drink was not with our order, but instead told to go get it up front... my half chx balsamic salad, had no chicken... even the utensils were messed up... yep... won't go back...🤦♀️
