I walked into the store getting chicken for my wife and this is what I saw I saw the manager and a black shirt Pakistani with a beard and glasses arguing with a customer told the customer this is not a corporate store what a shame wow what a show I was with my family this man has no business being in food service also the food that they serve their had no taste whatsoever very bland very disappointed for a Popeyes corporate should do something about this as soon as possible I rather go to lake station 100 times over

I just happened to be in Portage, and saw Popeyes. We, unfortunately, don’t have a Popeyes in Gary, IN. The one that’s closest is in Griffith, IN, and service is always horrible, no consistency, and etc. So I made an order, and I got the $20 feast, the young lady said it was a really good deal. So I said ok, cool. The chicken was really good, BUT one of my chicken tenders was not done.😩 The biscuits were so moist and buttery!! The cinnamon apple pie was delicious. I usually don’t care for them, but they were actually good. My husband loves them. It was one of the best Popeyes I had been to in a while. Katrina thank you for your customer service!! Your spirit was warm and inviting, and you had patience. You took time to actually make sure I was satisfied!!! Thank you so much!! And if you’re looking for a good Popeyes, stop by and ask for Katrina!!😊

The store recently reopened and the prices are outrageous. They're charging $15 for a 4 piece chicken which highway robbery. I'm happy to support local businesses but not at these prices.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!. Order was half full when I got it. Mashed potatoes, cole slaw and Mac & Cheese barely filled up in the "Large" container. Completely forgot to put biscuits in my order. The chicken looks like it came off a baby chick because mostly bones with very little meat. For a $60 12 pcs meal this was very disappointing. Only good thing out of this order was the sweet tea.

Very expensive compared to other Popeyes. I think it's because it's inside a truck stop. Everything is expensive these days though. But, if u can go to a Popeyes in a different location than a truck shop I would recommend that. The prices are cheaper
