My Boyfriend and I went for dinner. He got the Garlic Parmesan wings and loaded Sweet potato fries. He said the wings were delicious and like the fries. I got the Cheese curd burger, it was very good. The burger was cooked perfectly. I also got a side of onion rings, they were delicious as well

We stopped here on a whim passing through. We had never been to one and now I wish they were found more often! However, I don’t think we could ever find a server like Rico again!
If you get Rico as your server, trust him! He knows what he’s talking about. And his energy is contagious! I didn’t listen on one of the apps and I should have. He was right lol. Then he brought out beer cheese to go with the Mac and cheese and again, he saved the day. The normal Mac is ok for kids maybe but they really should serve it with the beer cheese! Changes the game!
Oh and you have to get their cheese curds. The flavor is amazing and they just melt in your mouth! And the star spangles colada… so good it’s dangerous. You have no idea you’re drinking alcohol!
Really hope our travels bring us back through again and we come on a day Rico is working.

Server was attentive. Food was out fast. Cool decor. Had the second hottest wings. The quality was good, but the sauce is weak. Didn't even need ranch. I recommend adding a sauce option between the 35,000 hot and the 800,000 challenge wings.

Party of 4 waited 20 min at our booth. We got the attention of a waitress "not" working our area. Tables who came in after us had already put in orders. We got up and left. As we approached the front door the manager noticed us for the second time and we explained the situation. Her response was "Oh no" and she kept walking to the bar. THANK YOU to the owners and management for giving us a reason to go next door to Hooters!
Typical repsone from owners media group. The location in question is a shell of its former self. Previous owners took wat they could. New owners have added NOTHING. Chairs are loose and wobbly, booths are torn in spots or have no padding left. Menu is a fraction of.what it used to be. Last but not least the ownership and management is literally non-existent. This location is scraping by at best. But the Hooters down the street is clean, not rundown. Service was was prompt and polite. Food was great and it was busy. We had our drink, app and dinner order in within 10min. QS&L needs to be taking notes at this point or just shut the doors. Owners run QS&L like a truck stop restaurant, they literally don't know what good service, quality food or cleanliness are and it's shows in their rundown dilapidated Portage location.
