It was an ok place, there sauces makes you have diarrhea (do not get the hot sauces) they also take very long to get our food. It took an hour and like 40 minutes for it to get done. They are very understaffed sadly and they aren’t really nice either

Steph gave us GREAT service. The food was very good. We had a burger, ribs, Philly cheese steak, chips, onion rings, fries, and chicken wings. Pictured is a rib and wings combo with a loaded baked potato.
Great food, service could have been a few steps better. Advertisements all over the restaurant for the new ranch but didn't have it in stock. Waitress kept forgetting that she was at work. 10 minutes would go by before she would reappear..

Service is usually good.Parking: It's a freaking parking lot. Stay between the lines.Kid-friendliness: I see kids there. Very good, my family ordered a big variety of things so we got to try a bunch all it was all delicious. Pork crunchwrap was a little too greasy and lost most of the crunch but was still very tasty none the less.
I had the best orange cream soda of my life here. Adam was our server and went far above and beyond with his treatment of us. Our timing wasn’t great, we were trying to see a movie and after explaining our situation Adam, unprompted, brought our bill out with our drinks and put our order in fast. Really appreciate the good vibes from this guy and place.

We made a stop here on our way home from Chicago. The appetizer of the like loaded spuds was decent, the potato wedges could have cooked a little more and the toppings should have made it on top before all the cheese melted so it stuck to the cheese and wasn't falling off while eating them. I ordered the chicken tenders, and they were salty. I got the garlic parm sauce and it was not to my liking, wasn't like normal garlic parm, I wouldn't get that sauce again. My onion rings were good. I was happy that our lunch came out HOT but our app was a little luke warm and like I said the potatoes weren't cooked all the way through. My husband did like his burger that he ordered. I think the next time I come back I would try a burger over getting what I had ordered. We have been here a long while back ago when we went to bass pro and didn't mind it then, so I would come back and try something different again. It was freezing in the store, I think, so I wasn't fully comfortable while eating, but it wasn't super busy which was good. We did have a mix up with our server when we first walked in, but that didn't affect too much. We did come with our friends and their kids, and glad we checked receipts after telling our waitress who was on what check because we would have paid wrong. Otherwise, I would come back again sometime and try something new. Hopefully have a little better service as well. Overall, it was ok.
