Drove 4 hrs from Ohio , spent $250 for tix to Randy’s Cheeseburger Picnic meet and greet , from the second my wife and I walked in we were ignored. This place (and I’ve been to 43 states and 6 countries ) had the absolute worse service , most inept most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered . I waited 20 minutes for our first drink when not one person was even at the bar yet , and from there it went downhill. I stood in line for a half hour during the show , they had one person serving drinks and various others walking around trying to figure out food orders , which almost all were being returned to the kitchen for one reason or another. The disorganization , malaise and general don’t give a shit attitude , the unfriendliness , lack of professionalism and apathy was the absolute worst I’ve seen in my 64 yrs. We walked out half way through the show , not because the show wasn’t great (it was) but because the service just sucked. Thanks for nothing….i know now not to bother driving the 4 hrs from Ohio I’ll be seeing the show Saturday in Nashville since I missed most of it this time. Sad , and honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at an entertainment facility. You lost my business forever !

Heard some good things about out this place and decided to give it a try. For starters, the employees were very dry and didn’t even look like they wanted to be there at work, not even acknowledging my friends and I when we walked in the door. I left that as water under the bridge, as we all have our bad days. The bartender didn’t write down our order when taking it, and I specifically requested to have No sour cream on my nachos… As my friends and I played pool, we watched as our food just sat in the kitchen window while the bartender just associated unprofessionally with others who were there. When our food got to the table, you can tell the wings were sitting, the nachos were all chips, barely any chicken or other toppings, and they drizzled sour cream all over the top… Because my friends were hungry, I just gave them the nachos instead of eating them. When I went to use the restroom it was disgustingly dirty with no toilet paper in either stall and barely any soap. When the bartender turned the lights on, the place was swarming with gnats!!! All over the food, all around the tables, it was unbelievable! So bad, another customer had said the place should be called “ SheGnatigans”… I asked the bartender why were there soo many ghats covering the entire place and she said, “ I don’t know, but we tried getting rid of them but nothing works, so we just ignore it”….. Disappointed, Disturbed, & Disgusted with this place would be an understatement, wouldn’t even give this place1 star, and we will definitely not be returning!

First time here...their burgers were the best!!! Waitress was really nice. I love the team work because it was busy that even the security was helping out. Positive work environment means great workers. The dj was a vibe as well. I will definitely return.
Inexpensive but entirely delicious quesadilla. It was way more than I could eat.
