The employees are educated about the selection of coffee grounds and informative with any questions you have. The employees definitely deserve tips! It takes some time to perfect their craft. Worth the price, you get what you pay for and the employees hustle so your not wanting long. The store seems to always be extremely busy but they keep everything moving a long. I enjoyed a wide variety of different coffee hot and cold. Also enjoyed the food served, atmosphere is calm and a good place to catch up on some work you procrastinated on. Great location. Great asset to the city of portage.

Scam. I ordered a Frappuccino, they filled the bottom half of the cup with whipped cream, poured some frap on top then more whipped cream on top.
My expensive drink was mostly air. Nice try cutting costs, you lost a customer for life.

This is honestly the friendliest, nicest Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. The lady working the cash register was so friendly, and as I waited for my drink, staff members checked with me to make sure everything was OK. I was very impressed with the quality of service in the store. I got a hot chai tea latte that was also perfection. 😁👍🏻
