Extremely slow and rude service at this particular location. I recently ordered just an Americano in the Starbucks and waited over 20 minutes for them to even start my drink and that was only after requesting a refund. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and condescending. I have never received such poor service at a Starbucks and I never will receive such poor service again because that happened to be the last time I will be a patron of Starbucks. Also, Starbucks customer service, I know you’re going to pop on here and request that I follow up with you. I have already done that and you basically didn’t care about the service I received. No follow up from you. Therefore I am posting this review. I gave you a chance to make things right and you weren’t interested. You have also lost a customer from any of your locations.

I’ve never heard of Starbucks running out of pumpkin spice latte (with no plan to replenish its supply) by early November. That’s like McDonald’s running out of french fries. Do better!

I wish I could give this more stars. My husband and I stopped in the morning after a terrible experience at a different breakfast place. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions on what we might like. They were amazing. Our order was done quickly and Jeremy, the manager, handed them to us, shook our hand, and even made sure we had napkins. What a breath of fresh air! I told him that this is not what we are used to back home. More businesses should take note of how important customer service is! Little gestures matter so thanks to Jeremy and team for making our morning that much brighter! 100% reconmend!

Went in the drive through and Linda was exceptionally kind and made the experience a positive one. It is rare to receive great customer service these days and she goes to show that there is still a ton of positivity out there. This is also the only Starbucks I have been to that writes anything besides a smiley face on the cup, not that I find that particularly important, but they definitely go above and beyond here.

I come here every morning, not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. This is literally the best Starbucks location in the area. Most of the staff is super super friendly. Almost every different barista here makes my coffee AMAZING, compared to other stores in the area. Even with it being right off the highway, they’re fast, efficient and are consistent! Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to :)

Came through the drive thru yesterday before I was on the road for a vacation and they served me a frozen sandwich. Had to go to a whole different Starbucks to get a new one because I was already on the road. Your food and drinks are way too expensive to mess up. Ridiculous and won’t be back.

I got a chocolate milk from there and it was warm. They don't refrigerate their chocolate milk. He spells up. It starts to come out of the refrigerator off of a trunk into a refrigerator it's warm, they're telling how many people got sick from their chocolate milk? That's messed up
