Came through the drive thru yesterday before I was on the road for a vacation and they served me a frozen sandwich. Had to go to a whole different Starbucks to get a new one because I was already on the road. Your food and drinks are way too expensive to mess up. Ridiculous and won’t be back.

I got a chocolate milk from there and it was warm. They don't refrigerate their chocolate milk. He spells up. It starts to come out of the refrigerator off of a trunk into a refrigerator it's warm, they're telling how many people got sick from their chocolate milk? That's messed up

This is the pesto lunch sandwich Not only does it not look like the picture of the advertisement I feel that whoever made the sandwich put no effort or care into making it For the price you would think they would at least put the ingredients in the sandwich very disappointing.

I’m traveling here and have a morning coffee. Coffee is really good but the barista is really rude when I asked to customize my coffee, then she said okay and walked away and made coffee for the person behind mine. Even I left the tip but still feel like they don’t appreciate it.

This is why Starbucks is struggling. Drive thrus take precedence, even if you have to wait 15 minutes for your order, and even if your hot sandwich arrives 10 minutes before your drink because the barista shunts your drink order to the side in favor of the drive thru. Not the staff's fault. Management needs to revisit thinking about what this overrated, overpriced chain used to promise
