I stop in today on lunch 10/16/2025 at 1:10pm and the store manager Kim has an attitude making orders. I asked her if she could toast my bacon which I am PAYING EXTRA FOR, and she throws it in the microwave and burns it up, but it back on my sandwich and proceeds to Toast it, when it comes out it’s totally burnt! I told her that’s not how I asked you to warm my bacon she states We can’t toast bacon this is a new oven we don’t do that here, this is her 2nd time with me asking her to make my sandwich how I like it and she instantly gives attitude!!! She then states this is my store I’m the store Manager get out and don’t come back! This is literally the 2nd incident with this lady! She has a nasty attitude and I will never return again!!! Ontop of the last time me visiting this restaurant I left with the pop nozzle inside my drink!! I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyway if Kim will be there! She really needs her attitude adjusted!! You don’t have to talk to people like that when stopping in grabbing food!! It’s Subway have your sandwich your way!!! I spend my money there that is being used to pay her!! No type of respect at all!!!

Never order food in the drive thru or your food will look like this. I called the manager and she didn't care at all.

When I got the food drenched in mustard, black pepper, mayo, oil and vinegar they were already closed. The naive manager told me since I didn't keep the drenched sandwich until the next day to return it it was nothing they can do. Yeah, I should keep a messy sandwich that's dripping through the wrapper until the next day.

I went through the drive-through today 10/13/25 10:25 AM. The male with the southern twang that takes the order is rude and unprofessional half of the time he can’t even hear, this is my third time I just drove off and went to a different location. Figure it out because that guy is losing you good business.

2 days ago in the evening i placed a drive through order for the bin sub combo meal and got exactly what i wanted and was very pleased, however today during my lunch at 12 i went through the drive through ordered the same exact sub meal and was asked all the usual questions; what sub, chip, drink etc. when i got to the i was clearly talking to a different worker then who i had placed my order with who told me my total was 13.00 which was a bit odd since i had payed only 11.00 just the other day but didnt mind and still payed. He then gave me only my sub and chip i showed him my receipt and politely told him i had ordered the combo meal and should've had a lemonade.. he proceeded to tell me he didn't put it on my tab and continued to get a different coworker who tried to charge me again for the drink even though the combo was 11.00 and i was already charged an extra 2.00 because of his own mistake overall immature and terrible service.. i'll be sticking to jimmy john's

What a shame they make employees prep, make sandwiches and check them out by themselves..
There was only 1 employee at the lunch hour rush.. She was FABULOUS, however, unacceptable from a business standpoint.. There is NO WAY 1 person should EVER be alone in a store..Subway you can do better!!!

Huge shout out to Bobbie. I have never had such friendly service and wonderful sandwich EVER from a Subway. She is fantastic!!! I will definitely go back to that Subway just so Bobbie can make me another great sandwich.

I bought 2 chicken teriyaki sandwiches on 4/6/25 around 11:40 am and they gave me old stale Italian bread. The bread was so hard and crusty to the point I couldn't even eat it and I had to throw both sandwiches away. It also had a very moldy smell to it. It was my husband's birthday so I didn't have time to come back or call the store but I was very upset about the food quality. This was purchased at the store on Willow Creek Rd in Portage, IN.

All three employees working Christmas Eve 2024 were efficient, patient and kind. I really appreciated the shift leaders attention to detail and making my sandwich exactly how I wanted it! Store was clean, ingredients were fresh. The best Subway I’ve been to in a long time! Maybe ever? 10/10
