Yesterday 02/08/25 Saturday lunch time I was in there the service was slow seemed like majority of the workers were clueless as to how to work or even do their job...got worse as I was leaving out of the main lobby doors I witnessed 2 underage employees smoking 1 had a vape 1 had a Marijuana cart that smelt so bad so I walked back into the building until they moved by the doorway I witnessed them come right back in DIDNT EVEN WASH THEIR HANDS DISGUSTING lobby was filthy nothing was filled up it was a hot mess I do not recommend to anyone and myself will NEVER go to that location again.

female night manger seems just straight up unhappy with life. fought me and with my doordasher after my order was stolen and refused to remake it. then after doordash straightened it out and my order was remade none of my modifications were followed

Don't know how it tasted because I wouldn't eat it after finding a green thread in my burrito. I don't know if it was from a shirt or hairnet or what. But one of my burritos was not rolled well. I took the opportunity to check if all the ingredients were there. They forgot the cheese sauce and shredded cheese on my CHEESY double beef burrito. And then I saw a thin strand of green something. I wish I had thought to take a picture in the moment.

Was told I couldn't use my check-in code inside the building the checking code could only be used in the Drive-Thru I asked the young lady if it could be used at the kiosk she proceeds to tell me she doesn't know how to use the kiosks I've never known a fast food restaurant that does not to want to take my money
