We have been coming to your restaurant for about six months now regularly. Texas Roadhouse has always been one of our favorite chains and I just didn't know you had one near the theater we go to. We have enjoyed the service and food up until today. Your staff blew it big time. We came in around 2:05 and you were not busy. So we thought awesome this is gonna be an easy get in and get out. we wanted to be seated in the bar area we were told it was closed but 8 minutes later they seated another couple of a different color and when i brought this to the manager attention joclyn she made nothing but excuses one of them was the host was just 16 as if that took care of the problem todays date is september 5 2023
Just bad place to dine poor service poor presentation. More of a fast food restaurant then fine dining. Place has changed not for the better
