Ok I’m pretty sure this is the Wendy’s i went to on 25 February 2026 ~630pm and if it’s not can whoever handles the review portion of Wendy’s work their magic and make sure the right ppl get their kudos? Because when i say i went to this Wendy’s and it changed my life i am not even exaggerating.
It was SO CLEAN, the staff was SO nice, the food was SO fresh. I walked up as a staff member was walking out and we locked eyes. Instead of rolling their eyes, or continuing with what i assume was a smoke break, this angel turned right around and alerted their fellow staff that a customer was approaching. Everyone is so feral these days, ya really can’t beat human decency.
ANYWAYS shout out to Autumn P., Selena M., Alyssa, Jacob, and CHRISTOPHER, the absolute glorious joy and ray of sunshines they were as i was midway through a road trip and needed a pick me up.
I was the only customer and the place was clean, the food was hot, and there were absolutely no eyerolls. Precious angels, all of them.
I would’ve left this on Wendy’s website HOWEVER i threw my receipt away and they wouldn’t let me do it without the store number. So now the whole world is gonna now about the rockin team at this Wendy’s. Yall are the best. Keep doing you. Xoxox

Driving from Chicago to Michigan is a long trek with a 2 year old. I stopped at this Wendy’s for a meal for the two of us and they did not disappoint!
I ordered a 10 piece chicken and fries and asked them to split it in half for my child and I to split. Not only were they graciously willing to accommodate, they even gave her a kids bag and toy!
Both women on staff on 10/12 in the evening are kind, thoughtful, and considerate to customers.
I’ll always stop at this location if I’m ever driving through again!

What a terrible experience! Sat in drive thru line for a half hour waiting for mobile order to pull up to window and be told to pull into handicap spot. Guy taking orders was cussing on his head set saying he about to get into some bags!! Very disturbing and gross neglect by a major fast food chain. Left without getting our food after paying $25. I will definitely be pursuing a refund. This place definitely needs a overhaul.
THIS IS A BRAND NEW WENDY'S... Ordered a Baconator 3 times now, the bacon isn't crispy like other locations, the bacon looks like the stuff that's pre cooked out of a box from Walmart,, only worse.. I called after the 3rd experience, was told the brand new oven doesn't get hot enough , for a recently built restaurant, this is pretty bad, makes you wonder what else is undercooked..

I love Wendy's, but this place isn't it. There ordering machine was broken so we had to wait forever just to order our food. The food was also cold and wrong despite the issue that made us wait longer in the drive through. Everyone in our vehicle said we are not coming back to this location, if your stuff is that broken then you shouldn't be open.
