Speakeasy at the Spa- Pizzeria Uno

The atmosphere was nice. Food was decent. Waitress was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back.

Our server was very friendly but very busy. As for the atmosphere... well... speakeasy would definitely come to mind when we walked in. Now the food.... I had the chicken parm and it was way overcooked and was definitely not fresh. Pasta was like chewing on rubber and the sauce was utterly bland. We wanted to give this is a fair chance but in all honesty.. we were very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service. She didn't even care that she was doing a bad job. She could have at least apologized. Thanks for a really bad time Bre. There for an 70 minutes, got 1 refill.

Pizza was alright. We would eat there again simply because they have vegan options. The service was super slow. We waited at the counter for quite some time for someone to come help us but they were nice.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did feel bad for the waitress but maybe more of a warning of I’m the only waitress tonight for 2 rooms there might be a delay. It was a good thing we ordered our food with our drinks because it would have been another hour. It took us right at 1hr to get our food. Not to mention first waiting for the waitress to even come get our drink order. When she dropped our food off there was nothing said. Didn’t say sorry for the wait, do you need anything, no refills, nothing…. One of the salads came but the other one we asked multiple times for. I honestly feel like you can get the same or better quality food from the freezer section of the grocery store.

We just went for a couple of drinks at the bar because we were interested by the name. The atmosphere is nice and I love the tin ceiling. However the drinks do not remind you of a speakeasy. No drink menu but we wish there was one from the era, it would be phenomenal. Cosmos, old fashioned, Manhattan etc... Margaritas not so much. Servers were frazzled and absent but there weren't a lot of customers

My first expierence with the person "sat us" was not very inviting. He ran to our table without us and than said very rudely" the wait will be 20 to 30 mins or longer who knows" and than ran away before we couldn order a drink. me and my date decided to go get a drink at the bar and the bartender "nikki" was AMAZING, and changed our mind from leaving. Will definitely be back. Great food!!!!! Hopefully Nikki takes care of us again.

I took my sister to eat there for her birthday. What a disappointment, service was slow, drinks were wrong. Had to ask for some of what we ordered.
Some food was cold, I had to ask for it to be reheated. Some of the food never made it to the table. I will not eat at the Spa again!

Server/bartender never even ackowledged us even though there were only 1 other table. We sat outside and waited and the other guy asked if server ever came. We said no. It started to rain so we went inside. She never spoke. Extremely rude. Even came to our table and put down a cheese container and said nothing. She was more concerned about her closing than her customers. The guy who waited on us was good but we won't be back. We did tell the manager. After reading lots of other reviews they all complained about rude service. I know they also own the hotel which was great but unless service improves I can't see it staying open long.

I love this location. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The employees are very nice and kind. I really love the pizza here! It's my favorite dish and I also recommend you folks try the deep dish pizza too! I will definitely be coming back here not only for the lovely spa and hotel. I will also come back for the pizza too!

This place is awesome! The pizza and salad is delicious and the service was the best! The musical artist on Wednesday is a great feature... Do not pass this place!

Vegetarian options: I had the deep dish personal veggie pizza was awesome...
