I'd expect Award Winning Ribs to be great, but its temperature is only lukewarm with some part cold. I'd expect it to be freshly cooked instead of reheating.

My wife and I went there for my birthday and it was not a good experience. We placed our order for ribs and were waiting then noticed the couple that came in 20 minutes after us received their ribs then 2 other people came in about 40 minutes after us and ordered carryout ribs at the bar. Their order came out. We got skipped somehow and asked them to box our order up which took another 10 minutes. We ended up eating at home after “going out” to eat. We spent 86.00 and didn’t appreciate being skipped over. We have always loved the food here but probably won’t be back for a while after this experience.3-30-24Gave them another shot today. Everything was on point! Ribs were awesome!! And our server Aspen was great!! Renewed my faith in this place!! Ribs are some of the best we’ve ever had!! Looking forward to returning soon!!

Went there today around 1pm... busy but nothing too crazy... Took about 10 minutes to get acknowledged and anther 10 minutes to get drinks... ordered the haystack onions at the same time as our appetizer... never came... asked the waitress where they were after about 20 minutes knowing its only takes a few minutes to deep fry... she said the kitchen was extra busy but she'll check, we declined them considering our food should be out soon. We ordered 2 full slabs of ribs and a BBQ pork sandwich... ribs were ice cold had to send them back... I finished the sandwich and sides before they had their meals back for them to eat... had to keep flashing the waitress down for simple necessities like extra napkins, ketchup for the tater tots... brought boxes but took another 15 minutes to find her to get the bill... it's sad because the potential is there and it use to be on point... don't think we'll be returning any time soon... just very disappointed in the entire experience... Wasn't worth $100 we spent...

It's pretty simple really, this place has great ribs and other stuff as well. The service was fast and friendly. It does get really busy around 5 o'clock, so I try and get there early to beat the crowd.
