Portland Indiana Burger King please help the evening crew get better with the menu!!! This is the second time I have went to this Burger King( I live in Winchester) and they have screwed my order up! I ordered a BBQ brisket whooper, so excited to try it and I was again disappointed I got home to discover I got no brisket on my sandwich no BBQ just a whooper patty and some pickles! And the girl at the window wasn't the best with customer service she seemed very annoyed! Thanks for charging me for the bbq brisket and only giving me not even a whooper! Never going there again!

Probably the worst restroom I've seen in a fast food restaurant. Gas station caliber. Urine on the floor, smell of ammonia, dirty sink. All the while we could hear the employees complaining to each other about stuff. We were there at 9am or so, so not like the bathroom had all day to become a mess of filth.

Trying not to eat fast food. Burger King has a little less preservatives than McDonalds but still not great.
Went through drive through Right after church and ask for a cherry coke with my meal the girl said sorry we don't have that i said ok doctor pepper then .we pulled around and got our food and the girl that gave us our food was rude.we got home to eat and she gave me coke instead of doctor pepper and my wopper was dripping in grease also the bun was soaked in grease and the paper it was wrapped in was a grease mess .it went in the trash.we won't be back. That was gross

Usually it's fantastic place to eat well last 2 times it's been horrible if I could id give it a 0 sometimes and 5 most times like most fast food places now days the food was cold tasted like it been there a day or put back in fryer or microwave and sick of no thank you have nice day no smile then practically throw food out window

Tots were cooked too long. Sandwich messy from being put together halfway. BK still needs to keep working on the app, it's terrible!

Came in to have a steakhouse whopper and a small strawberry nerd icee. Its the best whopper sandwich of all time. Chad made it to perfection and gold standard. Taylor, the manager, greeted me friendly and a just made my day. Awesome job guys!
