First time there was not spectacular. They rushed us to order when no one was in the restaurant. Then ignored us when we needed drinks and to order something else. It was hot and the floor was slippery. They got busy and we only got ignored more. My friend said it was her favorite place in Portland.
The food is normally very good here but this time it was different.
When you walk in they have a open kitchen concept and it was extremely hot in there. So not sure if the cooks were having a off day or what but the food wasn't as good as usual. I ended up with a tummy ache and not feeling well. But I'll give it sometime to see if they get it back to normal because it really had to have been a off day for them.

Salsa is best I've had in a Mexican restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. I got the street tacos and they weren't the best I've had but I will definitely get them again. Margaritas were good too!
