Extremely slow service. You get soaking wet when ordering on rainy days. The employees don't even have the presence of mind to at the very least speed up the order taking process.

I have good service there twice already

Our family stopped by to pick up one item that we had purchased previously and craved again,a Moo-latte (I believe they're called), got to speaker note said unavailable. And we were trapped, no way to get out of line. We had to sit behind three cars getting their orders made. Despise the drive thru set up, never had to worry about it before, realized when this situation happens you are just out of luck, Stuck!. No way to leave. Frustrated all of us!

Blizzard was straight ice cream and refused to give another because it was melted after standing in line for a hour to give it back.they take forever to even come to the window and sometimes dont even come to the window they just stay sitting on the floor

Outdoor menu board is advertising the 'Blizzard of the Month'. Two days into the month and they are out of an ingredient to make that Blizzard. There are other items noted on the menu board as being out of stock, but not the Blizzard special. Very disappointed.
