I travel a lot for work and I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's restaurants. The service I experienced today was the best I have ever had. The nuggets were fresh and hot and so were the fries. They were filled to the top of the fry sleeve as well. The correct sauce was in the bag and napkins, too! That's so important as a drive thru customer! Keep up the great work, I'm lovin' it!

I went inside the portland restaurant tonight because drive thru was busy. I stood at the register for atleast 5 minutes, there was a man wiping things down that told the manager on duty that I was at the register twice. I still didn't get waited on so I left and went to scooters. Lousy Service!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two fries, two sandwiches, received two fries, one sandwich. How do you screw up a simple order, I even used the app, got sent to spot 1 to wait, for 4 items. They screw up 90% of my orders, doubt I ever eat there again, tired of it.

They was too slow today my hamburger was pink inside the burger wasn't done no one should go to the McDonald's in Portland Indiana never go in there again they raised their prices you shouldn't go there ever again they are too expensive they messed up my order again gave me somebody else's food had to go in and get my food 🤬

Get whoever is on the drive through mic off! She's super rude and sounds like she just hates to be there. Turn the automated system back on, the girl at the second window was just as bad rolling her eyes and slamming the window along with arguing with fellow staff.
