*My knee is permanently injured from the fall and will not heal. No response from the store. Would give zero stars if possible.* Food was good, service was good, the safety was terrible. I stopped in with parents while visiting and running errands. After ordering and settling parents (one with advanced parkinson’s) I when right back to the counter to get a water cup so one could take their meds. In the short time between entering, ordering and settling, an employee began mopping and I fell very hard on a very wet and slippery floor. There were no signs between my seat and where the water was puddled and there was so much water on the floor my pants legs and hands were wet. Another customer who had just walked in helped me up and asked if I was ok. The employees, including the one mopping just continued with orders. When they were told someone just fell and the floors were too slippery, the girl at the counter shrugged and pointed to a sign on the other side of the restaurant and said ‘we put out signs’. Eventually another customer complained and someone came with a dry mop to remove some water. In addition, my jeans were black where I fell, the water was filthy

I travel a lot for work and I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's restaurants. The service I experienced today was the best I have ever had. The nuggets were fresh and hot and so were the fries. They were filled to the top of the fry sleeve as well. The correct sauce was in the bag and napkins, too! That's so important as a drive thru customer! Keep up the great work, I'm lovin' it!

I went inside the portland restaurant tonight because drive thru was busy. I stood at the register for atleast 5 minutes, there was a man wiping things down that told the manager on duty that I was at the register twice. I still didn't get waited on so I left and went to scooters. Lousy Service!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two fries, two sandwiches, received two fries, one sandwich. How do you screw up a simple order, I even used the app, got sent to spot 1 to wait, for 4 items. They screw up 90% of my orders, doubt I ever eat there again, tired of it.

Worst McDonald's ever! Staff are rude and don't know what is going on. Food is cold most of the time. Only one around me so if we want McDonald's we know what we will get.
