Welcome to Portland Indiana where you can inspect the lowest of expectations and that applies to the local McDonald's it is poorly ran food is always cold never really fresh and they can never get the orders right I would suggest avoiding all fast food restaurants in Portland it's indiana hillbilly trash here !

Service is terrible. Long wait if you are inside. Fast food prices have gotten so out of control high that you might as well go to one of the sit-down restaurants for $5-10 more depending on how many are in your party. Go enjoy a steak or a real chicken sandwich for about the same amount.
Everyone's so cranky and hateful at this location. Food is always cold. I had chewy chicken nuggets today. Fries have little to no flavor/salt and always cold or stale. Service inside is a joke. Had to wait almost my whole lunch break on some nuggets and fries. Drive through employees are so hateful. Just makes me feel like I need to get my food and go.

Served me my order didn't receive my drink for like 5 mins later, then had to fill my own drink. Leaving my food unattended. They should bring your drink first so you can get it and not worry about someone messing with your food while you are away from your table.
