Aside from the fact they never seem to have oat milk, I've never had a problem with this location. The staff is friendly and my drinks always come out exactly as ordered, and usually pretty quickly too.

I buy daily and informed the workers my drink wasn't make correctly! They were rude and said park we will bring another! It still wasn't made correctly! Normally the people are friendly! This dude was a jerk.

The turtle blender is on POINT!I just recently moved to town, and was on the hunt for a coffee shop in the area to hit before work. I tried a different one first, but the way they treat people, especially when you point out they messed up your order, was horrid. I came to Scooters, and had an amazing experience. I asked for the gm to ask questions about things, and he came outside and talked with me. Helped me set up my app and hook my card to it. I told him about my experience at the other shop, and he treated it like it was their mistake. He continuously apologized, and even got me a half off coupon for my next visit

It’s open when is says it’s gonna be! That’s a rare commodity with other local coffee shops in the Jay land area. They have messed up the last two drinks tho but not putting the peppermint crunch on the drink. They were still good tho. I definitely recommend the place the drinks are good.
