Don't usually stop to leave the good ones but I just went here at like 1245AM got the best burritos and nacho fries I've had from here in a long time. I don't usually have a good opinion about portland taco bell bit if they keep this up I'll go more. Food was fresh tasted great and the five layers were made like they USED to be made. I expect to get messy eating it and they even made sure to give plenty of napkins. Polite at the window and everything. Great job.

This is honestly one of the best taco bells I've been to in awhile. The guy was friendly. The food was hot and amazing. And fast!

Food wasn't the worst but not best. The food prep girl kept touching her face and scratching her head in hair without changing gloves. And I shouldn't be waiting over a half hour on a two person order Portland Taco Bell is the worst I've been to.

We wanted some quick tacos on our way home from a small trip. Price, was our only disappointment.
Have given this place 3 tries and won't be going any more. Staff is absolutely negligent to their customers and their job. All 3 times I've got a taco party pack for dinner and all 3 times there's 1-2 tacos missing. If you can't count to 12 you should go back to grade school.

They never get my order right, i order a bean burrito and a grilled steak burrito with extra rice and extra steak. The majority of the time they don't give the extras ordered but still charge for it and the bean burrito is either cold, has 10% bean 90% tortilla or both. I don't want a tortilla with bean favor.
