Don't usually stop to leave the good ones but I just went here at like 1245AM got the best burritos and nacho fries I've had from here in a long time. I don't usually have a good opinion about portland taco bell bit if they keep this up I'll go more. Food was fresh tasted great and the five layers were made like they USED to be made. I expect to get messy eating it and they even made sure to give plenty of napkins. Polite at the window and everything. Great...
Ordered on the app. When I arrived, employees told me they could not make some menu items due to being out of items. They also told me that they can not change the charges on the app. They just told me I could exchange it for something. I did but still was charged more than what it would have cost with the substitutions.
Went inside and the employee on break had to get up and take our order because nobody else would. A customer before us had to taste test all the items he purchased. He ate them at the counter. The employees didn't ask him to step away from the register, so he about ate his whole meal at the register. He ended up leaving his slushy there. It was just an awkward experience. The food was good though and we received it quickly.
