Indoor, seated dining was an option on May 21st, 2021, when I stopped in to pick up an order. There is also outdoor dining. We ordered one elote soup, one half order guacamole and chips, a side of rice, a side of black beans, and two cold cocktels camarons. Everything was fresh and delicious. The elote soup is a creamy soup that brings the flavor of freshly roasted corn. We were on a cold foods for a late spring night theme, but that soup caught my eye and I'm glad we added it to start the meal. Now I want it every week, or three times a week. It's that good. The chips were fresh and crispy, guacamole was perfect. Rice with a hint of tomato was good, beans were served with some melted cheese on top and were well-seasoned. The cocktel camaron was perfectly refreshing. Note that the heat will sneak up on you. At first, I thought minced jalapeño, but later I noticed what could've been a type of powdered red pepper. I only mention if you're someone, or will be sharing with people sensitive to spicy foods. If you enjoy some spicy heat, you might find yourself wondering if this "juice" could work as a mixer after you eat all the shrimp, cucumber, avocado and cilantro and onion. If you're new to this dish, this is not some dainty, 6 ounce shrimp cocktail in a dainty 6 ounce cup in a sweet ketchup-y sauce with light touch of horseradish. This is a big serving of big shrimp in a big cup with something like pico de gallo for big flavor.

I'm so happy I finally tried this place out, I didn't think much of it but let me tell you! Their food is bomb! So worth it, it's better then La Piñata if you've been wanting to try this place out I HIGHLY recommend you do!

I have been twice in the last two weeks. Both times the service was horrible. It took an hour and a half to get our food. I had to ask the servers at least 6 times to order food and cocktails. The second time the server took my credit card and didn't give it back and was rude when I asked her to return it and later found that she dropped it in a sink full of water and then barely apologized and offered no explanation. used to patronize the restaurant and taco truck. I will never eat there again. Consider.

Yum ! Just moved to the neighborhood and have to say this is our new favorite place! Reminds me of our fav mexican place in Alameda La Penca down to the warm chips and salsa and pitchers of pretty decent margaritas !! We shared the chicken fajitas which were quite a nice portion and definitely shareable after you eat too many chips and guac. Will definitely be back!

We got our food super late and cold and the one who took our food was really rude and it was one Mother's Day on may 10 !

I went there today for my first time. I knew my meal was going to be delicious. By just tasting the salsa. So good!! Spicy but good!! I bought some to go! And I think later they should bottle and sell the salsa. I tried the Sombero Salad. And ask if they could make me shredded beef. Chef made it with so much flavor. One of my friend is very picking on her flavor on beans. And she was a happy with the flavor. 5 stars to the chef for making my first experience outstanding. I most definitely will return. Enclosed are pictures of our meal.

El Agave Azul wound up being my first sit-down restaurant meal in a year. I was fully vaccinated and wanted a nice lunch at a real restaurant. I was not disappointed! Its "Covid" tent is really comfortable. Because it was a nice day, the sides of the tent were rolled up, making it a very pleasant time. The servers were all masked and very careful. And the margarita and food were good too!

Good service and very good food. I've had their Seafood Enchiladas, Nachos Marinos and a few other dishes. All were great. It's going to be a new "Go to" place for me. It's also nice to be able to support a local business.

I have been waiting to do this review because we really like this place and the drinks. So this review is very disappointing. On feb 20th we ordered to go and the food was very bad. I've order here before but it's never been this bad of food. This time we ordered a carne asada plate, cactus chicken salad, a kids chicken burrito, the tequila cream chicken and a margarita. I'm giving this one stars because the food was all around bad each meal was and it was very disappointing. My salad which was good in the past, but this time had a rock in it which you can see in the pictures. The carne asada plate was very bland and was not seasoned. The tequila cream chicken had too much sauce and not enough chicken. Lastly, my kids chicken burrito was the worst. It smelled and tasted like fish. I did not want to feed it to my children. When I called the restaurant to explain this to them they took down my name and number and said "someone would call me". They also said "the cook probably cooked shrimp on the same place they made the kids burrito and that that just happened sometimes". I ended up calling the restaurant back the next day because I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager wasn't in at the time but they took my number and name down and said "the manager will call you back". I called multiple times and no one knows what I'm talking about. I have yet to get a call back. It is just very disappointing especially when we are spending a lot of money on our food it makes us not want to eat here again.

The food is fresh and delicious, margaritas are generous and tasty! Can't wait to come back for seafood enchiladas!

My favorite restaurant right now. I love their mariscada and huachinango frito! They have some cute outdoor tables, and now they put a tent for rainy days.
