Ordered 2 baconators without mayo I live 20 minutes away got home The only realized the $9 sandwiches I bought had no bacon on them I called to complain about it they told me that could give me a gift card and they'd have to put me on hold because they were busy after being on hold for over 15 minutes I got hung up on

Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Tried to be lighthearted and kind from the get, and this woman proceeds to cut me off and be so short and rude to me! All i wanted was 2 drinks! I didnt ask for anything difficult, if u hate ur job then quit please because, as someone who has worked in a fast food window, u don't need to be ruining other people's days. I understand maybe you had a bad day but u are in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please act like it. Especially as someone who only wanted two drinks! Questioned why i wanted a drink carrier, wouldnt answer my questions on what products you guys carried. Honestly will tell everyone to avoid this place because wow i can't believe the gall of this person. I called afterwards to find out said person's name and i had to call twice because their phone was obviously off the hook, sat while the phone rang for many minutes. At first they said renee was working the window but then said it was janet. Whoever it is, u need some training in ur area or switch positions, i cant believe they let u in the window for real.

Overall: not a positive experience. Not greeted anymore, no interaction from staff except for calling the name we typed in, had to learn the kiosk system to order, was interrupted ordering due to food scale placement for e-orders, no receipt option after ordering, and spilled orange soda in half the dining area. The overall fast food dining experience has fallen too far these days. Hoped for better.

Me and my boyfriend just left Wendy's and one as soon as she answered the headset she was incredibly rude qhwn we got to the windows she grab his card roughly and practically slammed the windows shut and open again to give us are food forgot are straws and spoons and even forgot his drink then when we tried to get a spoon and straw she got rude and slammed the window again and then gave my boyfriend a shifty look and handed him the spoon and slammed the window will not be going back do not recommend the food either because it was cold and all the fries were upside down so do not recommend Wendy's

Twice now I've attempted place and order through the drive through. Last time I placed an order for a butter chicken biscuit with xtra honey butter. Then when I paid i was told I couldn't have a receipt. Today, no customers in line but me. All of the employees were out back smoking. The lady who went in to take my order acted like it was a big imposition. I clearly gave my order upon at which time in a very snotty tone wanted me to repeat my order. I told her she needed to listen and lose the attitude. She said something else in that snotty tone at which point I raised my voice. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn't not serve me because I yelled at her. I told her fine I would go somewhere else and that she would lose my business. The last thing she said to me was good. I will never go to Portland Wendy's again.

I usually LOVE Wendy's! It's 1 of my all-time faves! Mmmm Chocolate Frosty & Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers are my go -to's but I was not real impressed with (mostly the food) this 1 in Portland, IN!

The food is as good as any Wendy's. The customer service is usually pretty good. However if you go through the drive thru do not leave the window before you check your bags. I'm always short a burger or fry, it's pretty rare that I get my full order every time I go there.

Went through drive-thru, crew was friendly y however food was horrible. My fries tasted like they sat in the light all day long, overcooked, burnt very distasteful. I wouldn't have served these to anyone, bad thing about it is the manager handed me the bag with a smile, The chicken nuggets. I don't know what the hell those are smh. The manager needs to be fired or retrained on how to serve quality food that customers pay their hard-earned money for
