Disgusting. Only way to describe it. The fries were ice cold and so salty they made me sick. My burger was cold as well and nasty. I didn’t eat any of it. Drove 35 minutes just to get it. It was around 9:30pm. So whoever the manager is, needs to get it together. I’m not going there again. Worse than Taco Bell and that’s saying something.

Went in thru the drive thru I was missing half my order when I got home and it was ice cold. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I have to say they have now completely lost my business.

I ordered 2 10 piece saucy nuggs with small fries and a pop. Chicken and fries were cold and disgusting. They didn’t give me my pop and couldn’t give me a frosty because I guess they shut there machines down at a certain time. The only thing I got that was decent was the Cinnabon?

This morning went through the drive through at 10:20 a.m. I saw that the breakfast menu was still up. Well being that I don't live in a town with a Wendy's (Yet), I was happy and kind of wanting breakfast anyway. The lady let me give the order I wanted before saying, "umm we are serving lunch". At which point I asked them if they could turn their breakfast menu to their dinner menu as well I honestly don't know what they have there. I was told no then machine does that automatically. Ok I get that because you aren't suppose to stop serving breakfast till 1030 when the menu will replace itself with a lunch menu. Just felt it was bad form. I get you wanted to give yourself 10 minutes to sandbag some fries and patties but that is how you loose customers that will go down the street to Mc Donalds or Burger King. It seems that this place has had a few problems. Maybe corperate needs to stop ignoring the comments here and check it out?

Dietary restrictions: Due to high cholesterol I opted for the Cobb salad and a chicken sandwich minus the bun. Definitely recommend!!
Recommended dishes: Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chili

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place almost killed me and I'm pregnant! I was halfway through my sandwich and found what looks like an open staple I was wondering what was hard in my mouth and spit it out after it stabbed the roof of my mouth and saw it was a piece of long metal! I called to ask for manager and the manager was yelling at me and refusing to give names ! I called corporate and they are closed . I would not let anyones kids or babys eat there because there could be metal and choke to death ! Makes me sick to stomach ? I hope there wasn't anything else wrong with the sandwich that may harm me or my baby . I'm truly scared for my life right now .
Food (chili, Frosty, buffalo nugs) was perfectly prepared, exactly what I expect at a Wendy's. One of the menu boards was down, but our server, Lisa, helped us order our favorites. The dining room was busy but clean

NEVER open on time and ALWAYS understaffed. Food is subpar at best, super greasy and thrown together without care… all that after a ridiculous wait to get it.

All I wanted was some nuggets. After waiting a minute one of the three people standing around doing nothing comes up to me and tells me they can't ring me up at the register because nobody is on the register and the manager is outside so I can either go back into my car and go through drive-thru or use a kiosk that I don't want to use don't bother wasting your time going to this Wendy's when they came into town everybody was excited for some variety and hope there would be some good customer service none of that has happened yet they are perpetually understaffed and usually slow and mess something up might as well close now
