Applebee's Grill + Bar

Lexi was a wonderful hostess! Our drinks weren't empty, she was polite, friendly, we received a perfect order(and we had a few changes), attentive, and we didn't have to wait for our order to be taken. I ordered the cheeseburger served on a fajita plate, with cheese as a base. It has a name, thatbI obviously forgot, BUT the important fact is that whomever cooked that beast, cooked it PERFECTLY! I unexpectedly had one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten. I expected what I always get, but this thing was the perfect temperature, perfect amount of every ingredient, and the damn thing had been in the oven as well as cooked on the griddle and it was still perfect. That wasn't Applebee's, that was the kitchen! My business partner and I had had a very long day, and our short time here was very, surprisingly, enjoyable. Kudos to the crew!

I stopped into Applebee's after going to the movies. I ordered the combo sampler with mozzarella sticks, wings, chicken quesadillas, and chips. It was very good and filling. Callie was my server. She was nice and took good care of me.

It has been a while since I've eaten at an Applebee's but I will correct this after this visit. I can't believe how good the wings were. The only other place in town that I know of is wings etc but they have nothing on the wings that you get at Applebee's I will be back

We wait almost an hour to get our food. Multiple tables were seated after us, got their food, paid, and left, then other people came and were seated and ordered. We were told multiple times our food was coming up next ,but again and again time would pass with no food. I honestly think our server forgot to put our order in and just lied to us about it. We were about to leave when she told us we are getting 10% off our meal and that they were plating up our food as we spoke, but we still waited another 15 minutes on our food. We will probably not be eating there again. This isn't the 1st time we've had bad services, but this was definitely the worst.

Took forever to be seated, took too long for food to be served and we had the special all you can eat. Boneless rib tips were burned and totally dry...will not be back at any Applebee's as everytime I try again even in a different state or town it is bad.. sorry, but money wasted.
