How can you be out of ribs at lunch? Better management may help. They can’t seem to keep orders straight. Brought us another table’s food then brought boneless wings with the wrong sauce. Turns out it also was for a different table.

I like the music, my sirloin was cooked perfectly, the sauteed onions were done up just right. My server, Alyssa, was pretty darn awesome too.Parking: I was in an 18-wheeler tractor and had plenty of room to find an out of the way corner to park my rig.

Came in from out of town Applebees is literally the only good place to eat. We ate there for the third time tonight. Last night our server was top notch deserves to be paid way more for her services. Tonight our waitress was the rudest person I have ever encountered as a server. The disrespect and lack of care for her tables was insane. I have been a server and wouldn’t have dreamed of talking to my tables the way she did. Our food was cold and my husbands steak was a leather shoe. The manager had to take our meals off because our tickets were so messed up from the server. The manager told us if we ever return to ask not to sit in that servers section. One if you have to tell customers that, what is that saying about your employee? I will say up until tonight our service and experience was amazing. If you ever get the opportunity to have dinner here please avoid the black girl with the braids as she literally does not care about her customers. She sits at another table talking and laughing with friends while you sit and wait 25 minutes for your drinks and even longer for your food to show up. Keep in mind serving is your job, and yes if your tables drinks are not out after a certain amount of time it is your problem! It’s your responsibility to check and see what the issue is! Not leave your table sitting while your sitting and having fun or tell a customer “ma’am I don’t know what you want me to do about it” Hands down one of the worst experiences with a server ever. Applebees other than this y’all do awesome just do better on your employees. To the little girl with the nose ring in the black shirt, You are absolutely amazing and it was a pleasure of getting you as a server. To the manager thank you for righting the wrong but if you don’t fix that problem your going to have a lot more unhappy customers. She should have never had the attitude she had for an unhappy customer asking about their drink.

Was the worst service I ever had at Princeton. Not only did my family have to wait forever on food when it finally came it was all wrong. Two orders of wings was so hot my toddlers cried because wrong sauce and then they totally forgot to cook my food. So again I had to wait while rest of my table ate. Not once did we get drink refill or anything!

The last 2 times I've gotten car-side to go they've messed up. The first time they messed up the accuracy of the order and didn't give me one of my sides and didn't give me any of the sauces I ordered. The 2nd time I waited for almost twenty minutes after the app said the order was completed and I called the store and they told me it wasn't cometed yet. They then brought everything out only a minute or two later and all of the food was freezing cold and steamed inside their containers so they obviously lied to me. The time they took forever they didn't even have more than 3 vehicles in the customer parking lot so they definitely weren't even close to being busy.

1 hour wait to get cold food. There were only 5 other customers when we got there.About 20 other customers showed up while we were waiting and were getting their orders while we sat there waiting on the same things they were getting. We finally brought it to their attention and got our cold food about 5 minutes later. Even through all of that ,I still left a tip . I find out today that my bill was charged with the tip and the tip again seperately. I will not be returning .

Walked in to place a to-go order for some pretzels on 9/3/23 at 6:45pm ,and I was told I couldn't even place the order for 30 minutes...I'm sorry it's a to-go order and that's unacceptable in my opinion... I don't care to wait for my order, but to have to wait 30 minutes just to place a to-go order is
