Received excellent service. Despite being a very busy time of day and near shift change, Serenity was very nice and cordial in taking my order and preparing my food while appearing to be performing several job functions at the counter and window. One of the selections at the fountain drinks was out, but the staff addressed the issue right away. Food was very hot and fresh and the order was accurate.

Went through drive through person was so rude while trying to place my order we said never mind and left. Last time I ordered my son a BBQ chicken wrap and they accidentally gave him a chicken bacon ranch instead to my child that is allergic to ranch dressing.

I have had a few sandwiches here that were awfully light weight. I have sat in this drive through way too many times just way too long. It's notoriously slow.
Food is usually pretty good but the last 5 or 6 times I've came and tried to order a shake they will say they are in the middle of cleaning the machines. And it's always at random times in the day.

this is the worst Arby’s i have ever eaten at. my food was thrown together poorly, disgusting and hard to eat (i ate maybe three bites). the portions have gotten smaller while the price goes up. i got a wrap and the lettuce and tomato was so soggy it looks like they tried to heat it up in the microwave but it obviously didn’t work bc it was cold and most definitely not fresh. they put a slice of burger cheese in my wrap which tasted awful and the textured of it made it seem old. the chicken was dry and soggy and tasted like it was made earlier in the day. all around terrible food, terrible experience and terrible fast food joint

Just you're regular small town Arby's. Come here occasionally and never really had an issue. Nice staff clean store
