We stopped at an off time. Around 4 pm. Some of the food was older, but they started bringing out fresh food while we were still there. I tried several of the fresh items and most of them I really liked!
The Asian Star is a little cleaner than a lot of Chinese restaurants we've been in. They have a good food selection, but it's a Chinese buffet. You've seen it all ,not much I can say about it other than it was good. I always order hot tea with my meals, and the food is generally pretty good. They have a Hibachi Grill if you want, and they have a sushi bar. The dessert bar is not much to speak of. If this review was helpful at all, give me a heart. Thanks.
I'm rating this place a 5 overall because you get what you expect walking in. This isn't a high end place but what they do have tastes very good. The egg rolls remind me of the ones my late Aunt would make me growing up as a child. Nostalgia in food goes a long way for me.
