I love going to Bob Evans, but the 2 young blonde servers were useless. If it wasn't for the hostess steph(I believe her name tag said) we wouldn't have gotten coffee or refills. Thankfully she came by our table and served us while we could see the 2 young girls who were supposed to serve us sitting at a table.
Our server Cayslen, did very well. Drinks were kept full, service was fast and friendly. I hadn’t been to a Bob Evan’s in around 17 years, but had a good experience coming back! The slaw was like I remembered, amazing! Thank you!!
The server ordered our chicken wrong. She even repeated what we ordered. It took an extra fifteen minutes to get it. They didn't replace our vegetables so we had cold vegetables with our meat. I am very disappointed that the management didn't even come by to apologize. Normally, this Bob Evans is one of the best, but not today.
