The Burger King in Princeton Indiana is in need of people who clean the lobby better and people behing the counter who actually move faster than a snail and can get an order correct! No cheese.... means NO CHEESE!

My hostess was trying to take her break but was yelled at from behind the counter to come wait on me (He was to busy talking).When I asked for my Senior discount she didn't know how. She ask for help but no one came. My chili of all things was cold. As a ate in the dining room there was people in drive through honking none stop. Another woman order was being messed up for four dash. The management appeared when the customer was not able to pay with an app...... Then gone again. Poor management is making this restaurant unbearable. I'll never come back. Wished I'd gone to DQ.

We went though the drive though, my husband handed the man a fresh $20.00 bill. He handed him back a 20.00 saying two were stick together. We would have never known, so you have a good person working for you!We sure appreciate his honesty. Wish I had knew his name.

Ordered 2 melts ($6.70 per burger)online for delivery 35 minutes later was sent 2 double cheeseburger ($3.59 per burger) was told to drive to the store to get my correct order that I ordered otherwise there was nothing they could do. If I could have driven to their stupid store to order the food I would have. The "manager" told me burger king doesn't have delivery. So some phantom put a delivery option on their app.

So, I have visited this restaurant on 2 different occasions during my lunch time, the first time I think maybe they were short handed, but just to wait for a sandwich and ? fries took a long time. On top that, I barely got any fries, it's like they shorted me just to get my order to me and next car so it's like we split a fry order. Lol Second time, I didn't even get a fry order I got half fries and half two onion rings. Some people would say that's a bonus, a bonus only if you actually got a full carton of ?. Especially paying over 10 dollars for a combo meal and being small. They can keep their yummy whoppers! But, please give people their hard working money's worth! Your lucky the restaurant is still going in tough times like these! Inflation is through the roof and people like me keep giving you a chance.

Took them 17 minutes to get a whopper and fries,glad they weren't busy,I might still be waiting for my"fast" food order Can't understand so many of these fast food places having such subpar management

Slow service, incorrect order and the drink/ketchup station was absolutely disgusting. The staff had plenty to time to clean the dining room but instead stood around talking and on their phones.
