Ordered a blizzard with extra ingredients and got charged a dollar more than the double ingredients blizzard I always buy. Plus the girl on the intercom couldn't even get out order right. After 3-4 attempts we thought she had it. Got going home and he was eating it and noticed there was barely any ingredients at all. Have called before and they replace it and still barely give you anything for ingredients. Definitely not worth the time or the money. Wish they would make a blizzard exactly like it suppose to be. Also the service was horrible. Always waiting in a long line just to get something I didn't order. Oh and they don't even re-right their mess up and just say give us another chance. Why? Give people their food again correctly and not say give us another chance cause that doesn't make customers come back to a place that messes up food and takes 2 weeks to place and get an order.

Staff seems nice but in a hurry and puts our cold icecream made up in a freezer until we get to the window. I personally don't like that I like when it's made fresh so I can see what their doing. I do love the blizzards and they always make a little extra which is messy but delicious! Wish there were more diet drinks available like lemonade or tea as I don't drink soda.

My boyfriend and I waited 35 minutes behind 2 cars for 2 blizzards the lady in front of us had her ice cream drip when doing the flip test ours ended up with lids on them with the melted icecream coming through the lids cookies were stale. We wanted to leave and go to sonic after about 20 minutes but we were trapped in the drive through.

The manager was just being a c u next Tuesday. She wanted to pick a fight at 10:30 in the morning. She did not care that she was at work.

8:40 and they're closed. Google says they're open until 9 and the drive through is open until 10, but they never stay open that long. Today is 4th of July, so it would make sense that they closed early, but this has happened multiple times. They almost never turn on their open sign or their signage by the road after dark.

We sat in the drive thru for twenty five minutes with only few cars just for them to give us melted ice cream and a burger made completely wrong. This is everytime I've been here. Went in there just to deal with the manager to act unprofessional and argue like a child and responded then dont come here. She refused to remake it and to me give a refund. Definitely lost my business.

Restaurant needs a remodel. The location and setup is somewhat inconvenient. However, being in Princeton, this is always one the cleaner and better places to eat.

The manager was very rude to my boyfriend for placing a order for a blizzard he asked for extra, they were real short with him and put one little piece of peach in there. Pretty sad and pathetic.
And one other worker made a mean remark about my boyfriends sister. Very unprofessional especially considering it was the manager.

Unfortunately we went about 7pm and yes both drive thru and walk/in traffic was about 8 people. We waited about 46 minutes after we order. There was no productive flow of staff. It was absolute chaos. They looked in my sandwich three times before settling the order up. We won’t go when the lines are long. Maybe training staff to complete production of orders first in first out.
