I had one minor issue with this place but the manager made the situation right and I still enjoy going to DQ.

Famous for their ice cream, which is tasty, burgers, chicken strips, and fries. But a special order DQ ice cream cake needs work, I ordered one for a birthday for my daughter-in-law. If I had had time, I would have returned it. I hate to report that it is the ugliest cake I have ever seen. The cake is uneven, lopsided, and the slopped on icing decor made it worse. Looks like a 2nd grader decorated it. Sorry, but true. 8-inch cake $33.00. What happened to DQ and quality?
UPDATE: Although the icecream cake's appearance could greatly be improved, the delicious taste was 5 stars!

This is the second time i went through drive thru & order $7 meal & added toast to it, charged for it & never received it. I ordered 3 $7 meals tonight toast with one didn't get toast or a gravy with one of them.

The food was good. I ordered a $7 meal deal. She made my ice cream and put it on the tray. We then waited almost 10 minutes for food. I went up to get a drink refill. The small drink lids were empty. The lady working the counter handed a sleeve of lids to 3 teenagers waiting on food and asked them to refill it. Who knows if or when they washed their hands.

Drive thru for ice-cream. They were wuick and it was yummy! Not as friendly as some drive thru folks

The food was fresh and hot. The staff was very polite even though they were extremely busy with free ice cream cone day.

Dietary restrictions: If you want ice cream but are lactose intolerant youre gonna have to order a star or push pop.

Parking: they got it. it's outside.

Kid-friendliness: yes, they got the star. they got the push pop. these items are what all kids need to be friendly. push pop make all kids very friendly.

Ordered a blizzard with extra ingredients and got charged a dollar more than the double ingredients blizzard I always buy. Plus the girl on the intercom couldn't even get out order right. After 3-4 attempts we thought she had it. Got going home and he was eating it and noticed there was barely any ingredients at all. Have called before and they replace it and still barely give you anything for ingredients. Definitely not worth the time or the money. Wish they would make a blizzard exactly like it suppose to be. Also the service was horrible. Always waiting in a long line just to get something I didn't order. Oh and they don't even re-right their mess up and just say give us another chance. Why? Give people their food again correctly and not say give us another chance cause that doesn't make customers come back to a place that messes up food and takes 2 weeks to place and get an order.

Staff seems nice but in a hurry and puts our cold icecream made up in a freezer until we get to the window. I personally don't like that I like when it's made fresh so I can see what their doing. I do love the blizzards and they always make a little extra which is messy but delicious! Wish there were more diet drinks available like lemonade or tea as I don't drink soda.
