My husband and I love Klinkers. This is the first place we have ever been that the servers remember us enough to start our drink order as soon as they see us.

Food was good, we came late in the evening and the kitchen was trying to catch up, which is understandable. But service was not good. Even with the basics like silverware.. why not buy more silverware… . No music on the outside patio. Just everyone screaming. Would recommend any music to drown out the other people and coach your servers to check on people every 10 mins.

We had an awesome time eating in the outdoor space for dinner. Service was great even though they were dealing with multiple parties on this random Wednesday night! Food was hot and delicious! Hometown feel and tastes better than any chain restaurant! We'll return!

My husband and I went here on Friday August 9th. Our waitress took forever coming to take our order. Everyone around us were getting their food. Our waitress came around and asked if we wanted drink refills after a long period of time. We still had not received our food. She didn't apologize for the wait, and customers seated after us were getting their food and we're finishing their food. We waited an hour, and still our waitress wasn't coming around. We finally left, because no food or waitress was in sight. Another waitress saw we were leaving, and wished us a good night. My husband said we didn't get our food, and she said, still? We know it's busy on the weekends, plus there was a party table out back. But no one was waiting on us, or apologizing for the wait. Our waitress wasn't really waiting on her other tables, either. We will never come back to your restaurant. We've never had this long of a wait at this restaurant before. After such none service this night, I wouldn't give this place one star.

Food is great but wait times are LONG! Last two times my family went there it took over an hour to get our food out. Maybe they make everything from scratch and that's why but my family just can't wait that long. If you plan to eat here I suggest take out or be prepared to just chill out and wait.

We waited over an hour to get an order for food. We were forgotten which is never a good thing. Had to keep reminding waitress SASHA about everything.she was not in the greatest of moods The food was decent but not worth the wait. I don't think the price of the food isnt justified by how long the wait was to get it. Just got a cheeseburger and it took four times longer than normal. There was hardly anyone else there with us.
