lines are always painfully slow compared to other locations. it’s worth it to drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way home from work to stop at a different one to avoid the wait times at this one, and it’d probably still be worth it if it was an extra 20 minutes

This location has had so many issues with bugs. I knew it was a matter of time before I got one but I figured given how long the store has been open, it would've been resolved eventually. Do not order from this restaurant unless you want to immediately check your food for now ants!

Got 2 of the same sandwiches I ordered drove 15 minutes to realize they forgot my fish Fish fillet this is not the only bad experience I’ve had with this restaurant do not go there in the morning if you’re expecting any kind of bagel, they will not toast it. The sweet tea is always garbage And frankly, I’m surprised that they are still open because I go here at least nine times a year and it is never favorable trash restaurant and needs shut down. There is obviously a problem far above the chain of employees. I really just wish any other restaurant would be here because this restaurant has never satisfied me with such basic orders. It is insane.

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been too in 3 years theyve never once gotten a order right and when you bring it up to the managers they say its your problem and you should go elsewhere ive tried and tried to get someone to do something but it just continues this place needs to be shut down they are rude and think that they need to pull 10 cars foward and make ppl wait 20+ mins for a McChicken my blind grandma could provide better service

Drive thru line was huge so I parked & went in. You can't get a person to take your order,you have to use a kiosk,which I hate doing. Its difficult to place your order,then I waited 30min to finally get my order. When I got back out to my car I realized I was missing half my order,so I sent my son inside to get the rest of our order. It took another 20min to get correct order. By time we were able to leave we were blocked In the parking spot. Terrible experience all around

First off I don't normally write reviews but this is getting old. I did a mobile order today like normal it took quite awhile. When it finally came I went through the bag to make sure everything was there. I got 2 meals for the kids and a drink for myself. Guess what no straws! Then notice no napkins or ketchup. I called 2 times to get someone. Finally, after getting the basic items that was missing I can now take the kids their now cold food with watered down drinks!!! This place has went downhill!!

I watched the manager handle unruly customers with kindness and ease. I was impressed by how they handled a woman who was extremely combative in a soft and helpful manner. Great people at this location.

Look at how nice I am, yes I'll give them 5 stars even though the guy behind the counter started yelling at me for taking a picture of the menu board!!! All the other Service workers deserve 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 ....... So I took a picture of the good job his worker was doing cleaning the lobby after she left the area and he yelled at me again. So I decided to even shoot a video 📹 just for him!! Maybe if they could pay better attention to how they fill the fries 🍟, they would get better reviews.
