Used to love the Princeton location. Quality of pizza was awesome. Now it's really gone downhill. Horribly quality, sloppy, and bland taste.

3rd time in a row we have had issues and this was by far the worst. Ordered online, went to pick up my order (3 large pizzas&2 cheesesticks) get there and they tell me they forgot to put sausage on one of the pizzas (it was a pepperoni sausage so that’s 50% of the ingredients!) and asked if I wanted another. I waited while they made another. When I finally got out our food back to the Christmas party we discovered they put olives on the pizza that was ordered without pizza AND left the metal cooking sheet under the pizza! I’m glad this town has so many other pizza options because we’re over Papa Johns.

The pizza was normal. My app said pizza was ready. The older man/boss was so rude. He said it would be a few more minutes before. Then he had workers my pizza in. My appetizers were cold by then. All workers just stood there. I will not be back.
Parking: Location is in a shopping center. Parking is 50 feet away. I used curbside pick up. There were cars behind me waiting as well.
If you're going to use a tray to keep all the garlic butter in place, maybe don't smash the sides down with the box.

It's really annoying when I order extra pepperoncini ypu pay the extra for them and you get one single pepper.....there isnt a point in calling because they now have call centers that can do nothing about it so I'm just out money everytime they decide not to read or check their orders.

Small Papa John's that is semi-ok on most days. They have gotten a little bit better over the years. They still don't over achieve by any means. Expect one hot pepper per box of pizza and you will not get plates with your large catering order unless you forcibly steal them. Good luck.
