The pizza is not worth eating anymore so I tried the pasta. Ordered delivery. Pasta was disgusting. Instead of pizza hut delivering it, they sent door dash to deliver it. Driver did not speak (or understand) a word of English and frowned at receiving a $10 tip. When did tipping become a necessity rather than being an appreciation of good service? I would definitely not recommend the pizza hut in Princeton Indiana.

The salad bar was fresh the pizza was great the drive through is a little too much it took away from the service we were expecting. I still give the server 5 stars they were alone taking care of tables and getting the drive through. The dining room has been remodeled it has plenty of room.

We had a great experience at this Princeton Indiana Pizza Hut, Pizza and bread sticks were hot and delicious, our server was the best, she told us about the specials and also kept our drinks refilled. We will definitely be back.

Dec 19, 2024 Thursday evening. We ordered breadsticks, med pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. Breadsticks came out. Tasted good. Pizza came out tasted good. Wings no where to be seen. Waitress? Can I get you anything else? I asked for my wings. She said , you didn’t get them yet? The n She said that ring you just heard must have been them. She left the table. We waited. The rest of the table finished eating. Still no wings. Checked with her at the register and she had not checked. She said she would check in a minute. My partner said no you need to check now and came back and sat down. She finally comes back and said that they had not been cooked. Would we still want them or want them to go? I’m thinking something or someone needs to go. Pizza Hut needs help!!!! In H R. To hire better people. And I’m hangry. I’m need supper.

It's my favorite for pickup out of the local trio of Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, or Domino's. I try the others out occasionally just to make sure I'm not missing anything still. I have never been inside Pizza Hut. I only order on the app or website and pick up at the drive through window. Usually in the last hour or two of the night. I often make use of the online only carryout pizza deals but not always. They're always extremely fast. I leave almost immediately and somehow they're always already done when I arrive. The value of the food is good (again, often making use of online deals). They've only messed up an order a handful of times in small ways, out of like a thousand orders. Lol I get consistent results within expectations for a chain pizza place. And I slightly prefer the pizza taste over the other two options. I only wish the drive through stayed open until 1a like the other two do, though.

A total incomplete waste of money. This local store has went downhill for years, and it’s at the very bottom as it could be, would not be surprised if it closed down, and actually it would do the public favor if it did.
