We havent been there for awhile so we decided to go there because my husband wanted to go. My husband ordered his stuff then my father in law. When it was my turn i asked what drink comes with the kids meal which she responded with tea. I said okay ill order 2 of the chicken kids meals, a cheese quesadilla combo and the sweet chili wrap combo. She had me repeat what I said a few times. We got one kids meal cup no kids meals and they gave us a chicken quesadilla which we didnt order but she added it to our order and didnt add that I said we wanted our combos or the kids meals plus my husband's drink and my father in laws which they both said they wanted a sweet tea. We had to pay extra because we was told we never ordered any of that stuff. Sorry but from that experience we decided we wasnt going back again.

Service was awful. Ordered to go over the phone, waited 30 minutes as instructed by employee, showed up and order was not ready because they did not have written down at all. Employees laughed at my name in front of me. After waiting even longer inside the employee said have a good night, I did not respond because of the poor service and she said “well then don’t” as I walked out. Food was also cold, go figure. Teenage employees are the worst!

Went last week and order fajita nuggets told them no sour cream or the sauce they put on it. Went to go get a new potato today and still got it wrong and made it three different times and couldn’t get it right still. The guy who took my order even said it back to me. Didn’t know it was that hard to listen and follow instructions then the old lady didn’t even give me my correct change back.

I went with my 2 teenage daughter's and was treated very poorly by the staff we was laughted at by the staff. I even tried to talk to one of them asking if she was having a bad day. I got a eye roll and attitude.. we eat there a lot first time eating inside . We won't be back..

The Spud Hut is a nice local alternative to fast food. Their loaded baked potatoes are what they are known for. The Chicken Cordon Bleu was my culinary weapon of choice. It was definitely enough for two. So lunch and dinner it was. There is something on the menu for everyone.
