I was charged for two 6 inch subs just for extra tuna. This is my “two 6 inch subs”. When you try to talk to someone they can’t even fix the issue.

This place has gone terribly downhill over the last few months. Drivethru is closed frequently and hours are inconsistent. I went there one day and there were no customers and a couple of employees inside, but they said drive thru was closed cause they are shorthanded. I’ve went there several times thinking the store will be open only for them to tell me they are closed. Taking my money elsewhere.

Had a coupon from the mail, was told that they wouldn't accept it. Asked why and Sierra said to a co-worker, You'll have to deal with these people I have sandwiches to make. Sierra acted annoyed she had to work, throwing container lids. What happened to Subway?

I made a mobile order and the door is locked because they had a sign on their door saying their closed but I already made my order. So I couldn’t get my food. The app and their website said they were open. So I won’t be coming back to this Subway.

Went in 1 day last week and the drive thru was down. It looked like their drive thru window was busted as well and a piece of wood was over the window. So no big deal I went in. Once I walked in they all looked annoyed. The floor was dirty and I had never seen the glass you look through at the food area where they make your food look so gross. I couldn't even see the meat and cheese area, which I thought was weird. They had the metal thing up and blocking it. Then when we moved down to the other toppings there was food all over the place. I thought MAYBE they had just had a rough day and hadn't had time to clean up yet. Until I got home and took a bite of my sandwich and realized immediately that the turkey was bad. Then I wondered if that was why I couldn't see that area when they were making it. ?
Too high on price, waited 20 minutes at the drive through window that had no other cars in line, and the girl who waited on me LIED about other customers when inside and out was NO ONE ELSE BUT ME!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN AND THIS DOES NOT MAKE FOR A PROSPEROUS COMPANY!!!?

One six inch turkey, one foot long steak & cheese, two bags of chips, two small drinks and four cookies shouldn't cost $29, there are fewer toppings, the bread has gotten smaller, the cookies have gotten thinner and the prices have skyrocketed.On top of all that, they do not take coupons, if they would have had a sign on the door that said that they didn't honor coupons then I would have turned around and went home to eat.

Subway has gone down hill. And the prices are ridiculous. Over $ 25 for 2-6" "menu" subs with no extra...and 2 small drinks and 2 chips. Now I remember why I prefer making my own subs.

Subway here in Princeton Indiana: you all have gotten way expensive.. For example:::I ordered 2 -6inch subs they said 8.99 each. I said keep the bread and make two salads. It was 30.00!I said I’ll take the 6 inch subs for 8.99 and I want extra lettuce and I’ll throw away the bread. She said I can’t do that because now I know you want a salad… I could have ate like a king for that anywhere else. Not to exclude the salad bowls where half empty!
