Hi there,
I'm not trying to come off as rude or overly critical—I manage a taco fast food place myself, so I completely understand how busy things can get. That said, I was really disappointed with the quality of the order I received.

The tacos were a mess despite only having meat and cheese on them, the quesadilla was falling apart, and the nuggets were extremely dry. Honestly, if one of my team members served food like that, they wouldn't be on the line anymore.

I wish I had taken pictures before tossing it, but unfortunately I had to throw away almost $50 worth of food. I'd normally call about this, but dealing with DoorDash makes that a hassle.

Just wanted to give some honest feedback in hopes it helps improve things.

Went through the drive thru to get some burritos and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and food was ready quickly. The beef burrito supreme tasted delicious!

Best Taco Bell around, my buddy from Virginia came up to visit he was a former manager at taco bell and was impressed by everything about how it was run. He even said the food hit differently in a good way

Food was ok, staff was friendly, but the system they use to order now was not friendly. Couldn't find what I wanted on it and took way longer than just ordering with a person, I'm not a fan.

Terrible service!

The workers are quite rude and the food is very bad, avoid having a bad time and miss the opportunity to eat here, if you have no other food option just interact as little as possible with the staff so as not to have problems with their attitude.

The restaurant was out of hard taco shells, Dorito taco shells, large cups, and medium cups. We usually get a value pack, but aren't fans of soft shells which would have been our substitution, so we spent more money than we usually do. It was pretty good food considering.

Put an online order in 35 minutes before I showed up to pick it up, was told it would take another 15 minutes to get the order ready. Missed eating on my lunch because of this.

There was a customer that was very obnoxious and completely out of line. The employees handled this way better than I could have ever imagined and I am a retail manager. If a corporate manager for Taco Bell reads this these employees need to know they went beyond expectations.
