The best Ribeye sandwich I have ever eaten. The pulled pork is outstanding. The potato salad and baked beans are out of this world. I still don't know what Chess pie is, but I know it's fantastic. They always greet you with a smile and are kind and courteous, unlike some other local restaurants. If you're wanting some good B.B.Q. give Tim's a try!
We have ordered Tim's BBQ to Toyota several times now, never have been disappointed! Everything we have tried has been top notch. I think we have been most impressed with how tender the brisket turns out, and the Baked Potato Salad is phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone!
Tim did a great job of catering our Labor Day picnic and his prices are extremely reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get when you stop by for lunch or dinner. Best BBQ in Gibson County, if not Southwestern Indiana.
