Tim did a great job of catering our Labor Day picnic and his prices are extremely reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get when you stop by for lunch or dinner. Best BBQ in Gibson County, if not Southwestern Indiana.
BBQ was so good! My husband and I had the pulled pork, baked beans, slaw, and mustard potato salad… all was truly awesome! Tender, savory, and delicious! So good! Thanks you Tim and Dawn for a great Friday lunch!
I found the "Signature Sauce" on the ribs a bit too sweet and over powering, I guess I just prefer a dry rubbed rib with a bit of sauce just glazed on , not smothered in it.
