I have had a lot of BBQ in my life, and this is HANDS👏🏻DOWN👏🏻 the best I have ever had. I ordered a slab of ribs and a pound of brisket, baked beans, and loaded potato slaw. The brisket is sooo tender and neither meat was dry at all. They were both still juicy, with excellent smoke rings. The BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy and compliments the smoke so well. He was incredibly friendly and easy to order with, and I wanted it ready for pickup at 3:30 and it was right on...
The best Ribeye sandwich I have ever eaten. The pulled pork is outstanding. The potato salad and baked beans are out of this world. I still don't know what Chess pie is, but I know it's fantastic. They always greet you with a smile and are kind and courteous, unlike some other local restaurants. If you're wanting some good B.B.Q. give Tim's a try!
We have ordered Tim's BBQ to Toyota several times now, never have been disappointed! Everything we have tried has been top notch. I think we have been most impressed with how tender the brisket turns out, and the Baked Potato Salad is phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone!
