I walk inside to the employees sitting at a table, eating and laughing. I wonder if it’s their break but when they see me, they all sprint behind the counter. I came with a coupon. I got in the mail and when I give it to them, they can’t figure it out, which I understand complications, but they were yelling and swearing extremely loud. The entire place was crawling with flies. And as I’m standing there for maybe 10 minutes, they continually swear the entire time. And they have to remake my food like twice. Would not recommend and I will not be returning.

Gonna rate a 3 cause employees are awesome
But walking in there was like walking into a sauna 99 degrees no ac
Corporate should get it fixed.
The employees shouldn't have to work in that
And the customers should have to be in that either..
Went to Wendy's in Princeton to grab some good for our family. They was out of Coke, Sweet tea, apple juice. Then when we finally got our food. Our regular fry was the size of small fry. I keep trying to give this place a chance but every time I do, it just sucks. The last three times has been terrible. Won't be coming back.

No a/c and the drink machine smells like alcohol. 🤢
No one answered speaker to take my order so i drove off and seen three of the employees outside by the door. Multiple times I've had issues with the Wendy's in Princeton Indiana. You either sit at speaker for way to long before they answer or they say their out of certain foods thats on the menu or your the only car there and they make you pull up and wait forever.

Very poor customer service the hamburgers are real thin and they don't give you the right food quite often

They keep closing around 7pm or 8pm, when it’s supposed to close at midnight, worse management among other restaurants in this town

Due to what appears as a constant turn-over rate, service is slow at times but always friendly.

Absolutely the most ridiculous restaurant in Gibson county and that’s saying something because we don’t have shit here to choose from. My sister placed a big order with Wendy’s today and half their food was left out after waiting over an hour!!! Then they turn their store phones off so she can’t get ahold of anyone about the issue. She will be there tomorrow to get a refund or the rest of her food, always issues with this place
Restaurantji Recommends
This is the nasty and the Disgusting place I ever ate at rude Employees they act like they don’t know what you’re doing. I would never eat there again.
employee posted an image on social media. His name is Ryland Lanier i believe.
Went there on a Thursday night at 8 pm there were 2 cars in drive thru and 1 inside eating we went to the speaker and they said they were closed when I drove by later they were serving again I guess more than 2 cars in drive thru they close
They aren't staffed very well and our order wasn't correct. Chili was without any juice it cost a lot of money save your money go to a sit down restaurant!!! The new fast food dilemma of 25!!!
I have heard of slow drive through, but this one took the cake. There was one car in front of us TRYING to order. They (we) sat for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to respond. Simple, one person order, took another 5 minutes. I only ordered a frosty and it took several more minutes for the girl at the drive through to get it. You could hear the girl serving us laughing and talking to someone out of view.
