Absolutely the most ridiculous restaurant in Gibson county and that’s saying something because we don’t have shit here to choose from. My sister placed a big order with Wendy’s today and half their food was left out after waiting over an hour!!! Then they turn their store phones off so she can’t get ahold of anyone about the issue. She will be there tomorrow to get a refund or the rest of her food, always issues with this place

Went there on a Thursday night at 8 pm there were 2 cars in drive thru and 1 inside eating we went to the speaker and they said they were closed when I drove by later they were serving again I guess more than 2 cars in drive thru they close

They aren't staffed very well and our order wasn't correct. Chili was without any juice it cost a lot of money save your money go to a sit down restaurant!!! The new fast food dilemma of 25!!!

I have heard of slow drive through, but this one took the cake. There was one car in front of us TRYING to order. They (we) sat for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to respond. Simple, one person order, took another 5 minutes. I only ordered a frosty and it took several more minutes for the girl at the drive through to get it. You could hear the girl serving us laughing and talking to someone out of view.

Been sitting in drive for 25 mins. Door dash guy trying to pick up an order can’t get in cause doors locked. My drinks melted and I still have no food. What is going on? It’s 10 PM. I shouldn’t be waiting at all. I should’ve known not to come back. I was almost late for work when I came here earlier in the week. Whoever owns the store needs to come in and clean house! $17

Now this could change if I ever go back at a different time of day but, I got there honey chicken biscuit meal for breakfast and was impressed, chicken wasn't bad, honey gave it a nice sweetness and biscuit was still moist while still having a little crunch but what really got me was there potato wedge things that came with it... HOLY CRAP... Talk about a danger food, absolutely delicious when I got it, was crispy and soft with a flavorful seasoning crunch on the outside. Fantastic.

I hate the kiosk. I mean I ordered my food right and they still didn't get it right. And if your gonna make me take my order then set the drink cups out so I can get my drink. I mean I know what I ordered and it's the least u could do beings I'm working for free. Or have another machine that despenses the correct size to us. And have a receipt printer at the kiosk. I mean if we don't want a receipt then we won't push print, simple as that.
This place is in trouble, I was the only soul in sight . Ordered a chicken biscuit that came out as a chicken croissant? I think it might be time for this Wendy's to go the way of the dinosaur.
P.S I was the only customer and waited 11 minutes for my disappointment. And the stoner who brought me my food wishes me a good night at 10am.
