You get what you pay for! The menu price is very moderate but the food is mediocre. We had some of the sushi rolls and they were loosely constructed and tended to fall apart when dipping in the sauce. We also had the shrimp tempura bento box which was Ok the shrimp tempura was good but the veggies were a little mushy, the salad was unremarkable, but the soup was tasty. The atmosphere was probably the bright spot of the meal. Service was just Ok not outgoing or particularly friendly....
1:00 PM Sunday meal was served hot and beautifully plated. Everything delicious. Onion soup, crab Rangoon, iceberg salad, salmon-vegetables-rice, large shrimp-vegetables-noodles. Staff pleasant and attentive.
The sweet waitress offered Yum Yum Sauce and Ginger Sauce with my Bento Box and salad. I'm not sure what I was supposed to put the sauces on and tried them on everything because I could have eaten both with a spoon! The onion soup...a beef or pork broth with chives and a couple of mushrooms... also superb. The spring roll and mini California roll were nothing exceptional but tasty, especially with the ginger sauce, and teriyaki chicken was very good.
