Had a coupon for $6.99 footlong. Had to order through the internet and pay with a credit card. I wanted to pay cash. They wouldn't honor the coupon.

Love your customer service skills. To the two working this afternoon, neither of you looked at me sideways when I asked for a ‘**** ton’ of ranch.Also provided me with a suggestion to try the garlic ranch. Thank you guys!
Stood at the counter for an adequate time. Entire staff was to busy out side smoking and worrying about who works 4 days away from now to make a sub. I’d fire the whole crew if it was up to me.

The staff was friendly and attentive and made our sandwiches promptly and efficiently. However when it was time to fill up drink cups we noticed several of the options were completely out and non operational. Only 2 or 3 were an option and they were not attended to despite many more customers coming through as we ate inside.
