Pulled off of the hiway because we thought roast beef sounded good. Turns out they were out of beef. Chicken sandwich was pretty good.

Food was great and hot, even if we had to wait a bit. But they informed us that some stuff was made fresh. Even with a minor mess up it was still a nice visit.

I only gave them two stars for the benefit of the doubt. I pull in at 12:30 to get lunch off the highway and she says we can’t take orders for another 10 minutes but couldn’t tell me why. This is the second time I’ve stopped here for food on a trip and had issues. Last time I waited in the drive-through for 14 minutes for one sandwich no drink no fries just a plain roast beef sandwich.

Ordered 2 beef and cheddar, the buns were old and they had some kind of sweet sauce on the bottom bun. Not good at all.

At the window I noticed they forgot my cheese cup. No big deal right? Wrong! I give the lady my card and offer to pay for it. Her solution was for me to either come into the store and leave my child and dog in the car or go back around and wait in line again. She refused to simply let me pay at the window. Then threatens to call the cops on me as I sat there with my card to pay. Apparently the manager was notified of this and still didn't fix the matter. Waiting 15min for a cup of cheese all because this lazy slob wouldn't do her job and ring up a cup of cheese. To top it off I specifically asked no red ranch 3 times and what do you think I got? These people are completely incompetent and can't even handle a job as simple as working at Arby's.

And no one was rude to this woman until she threatened to call the cops on me as i waited for the cheese i ordered. Even offered to pay for it with cash or card. Their numerous reviews of rude customer service and missing items speak for itself! And not to mention not even an apology from the manager for the terrible experience i had! Goes to show that is just how poorly this place is being ran

Manager was just a complete jerk!!! I get it was around closing time, but he should of told us the dining room was closed if that was the case. Instead he decided to treat us like shit and throw our cups at us and throw a temper tantrum. Grow up and speak up. No need to act like a 5 year old.

The lady at the drive through took forever to scan my credit card and conveniently a couple hours after going there my credit card had two fraudulent purchases

It took me 40 minutes to get my food, they forgot two items and all of my food was dead cold. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in my experience. They need to do better

The person giving us the food was not pleasant whatsoever. She gave us the wrong bag. When we said what we were missing she almost snapped at my husband that it was in the bag. He showed her tbe bag. She realized she gave him the wrong bag and took it back and gave us the correct bag. My double beef in cheddar had the tiniest amount of cheese on the very edge of one side.

So I was in the Drive-Thru today and the car in front of me was being very rude to the worker. I overheard the customer yelling at her wanting the worker to give her demanding to give her a cup of cheddar and I heard the worker tell her that she had to pay the lady was very rude to her when I got up to the window the young lady was very nice to me I asked what her name was she said her name was Jamie and I apologize to her for the lady in front of me the way she was treating her do you know sometimes all it takes is for someone to be nice to you and even a smile and this worker went above and beyond and was very nice to me

My husband went out to the Rensselaer Arby’s to get out lunch I wanted a ham and cheese with the white cheddar cheese Mac and cheese and he got his, when he got home I opened my MAC cheese to mix it up but it had already been mixed and ate out of! I called out there to talk to a manager and the lady said she was the manager so I explained to her what I found when I opening it and she says there’s no way someone here are out of it any ways after arguing with her for a few minutes she says bring it back and I will replace it this time and this time only okay well got one it cost around 4 or 5 dollars alone so yeah I’ll bring it back! So please before leaving always check your food! I took a picture but I’m unable to post it here

Our food was very sloppy, fries were old. I ordered a L lemonade, it tasted like it needed to be changed tasted like water. I told her I didn't like it it might be out, she said it's not watery that's how it is, and next time I should say I want the Market Fresh Lemonade, like how would I know that, you didn't specify you had a watered down lemonade and a lemonade that cost more money. You need a maintenance check I think, but I get lemonade from other establishment and none taste like water.
